Ideal for 2–4 people, it offers stunning views of our horses and goats. You will find all the comforts you need, including a modern kitchen and a private hot tub. Whether you want to explore the surroundings, recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, or simply relax, our tree house is the perfect place for your next vacation.

Stay alone or with 2 people, professional or personal. Charming studio on the ground floor of a small building (interior courtyard + bike park) of which I am the sole owner. Fiber Wi-Fi, TV, comfortable bed (140 cm), coffee, fridge, bed linen & towels, etc. Free and easy parking at the foot of the building. Flexible check-in (digicode & key box). Near train station (900 meters), bus (Pré Chesnay stop), city center, major roads: sea (15 min), hospital (5 min), Palais des Congrès (15 min), etc.

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

Nous vivons dans un quartier calme, dans une petite commune située à environ 10 minutes de la mer (baie de St Brieuc, côte de Goëlo). Old watermill, quiet near St Brieuc

In a green setting and on the water, this cottage built in an old mill welcomes you in its warm style and all natural wood. Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.

18th century detached house

In the heart of the small town of Quintin, we invite you to the outbuilding of our 18th century mansion, typical of the city. The outbuilding was refurbished in 2023, with beautiful living spaces. You can enjoy the garden! We are finishing the interior decoration, which is why there are no photos yet.
