The "Esprit des Lois" House

Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

18 m² equipped studio located in a former wine estate on the heights of Cambes, 20 km from Bordeaux. The setting is green and private parking is available for your use. This house is located in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It's a very quiet place, not overlooked but close to the city and the traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the area is a very good base for visiting the area. The rented house (where our children used to live) was completely renovated in 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
