In Quévert, in a green setting, 5 minutes from Dinan, Brigitte and Alain offer a cottage adjoining their property that can accommodate 6 people. Gîte completely renovated in 2021. This unoverlooked rental has a south-facing courtyard. Dinard, Saint-Malo and the beaches are 20 Km away Cap Fréhel (40 min) Mont Saint-Michel Bay (45 min) 5 minutes from the cottage, Dinan, medieval town with its cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses, castle. Rue du Jerzual will take you to the port.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.
