It is quietly located and through the large windows a lot of light comes into the apartment, whereby all windows are equipped with shutters.

The two-room apartment is located in a traditional half-timbered house about 10 minutes by car from Wolfsburg city center. It is located on the second floor and is reached via a staircase. The bathroom was modernized in 2020. Compact vehicles can be parked in the yard and larger ones on the street about 20-30 meters further. The washing machine & dryer in the laundry room can be used for a fee of €2.
