Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. The most garden house complex, plus the surrounding forest could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

La Era de Cal Peró is a two-storey house with capacity for two people. On the first floor are the bedroom and bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television. We are located in Ogassa, a town with a great history since coal was extracted from its mines in the middle of the century. From here begins the Ruta del Ferro, a bike path that allows you to go to Ripoll, following the old train route. At the top we have the Taga (2035m) that crowns the mountain range.
