Greg is a very welcoming, accommodating host and available to his tenants. When he arrived, he sends a doc by message with the things to do in the area (restaurant, beaches, activities,...). She's such a friendly person. The space was as described, small but very functional and well appointed. And air conditioning +++!! I recommend it!

The property is in a quiet area and has everything you need. The outdoor space is livable in a private way and the bed comfortable. The host was always very responsive, helpful and above all kind in meeting our needs. I would go back and recommend it.

We had a great stay at Roberta place! Flat is very nice and terrace has beautiful view! There is even additional shower outside on terrace! Robert was very helpful with many advices and responded always very quickly. We felt like at home. Also it was so nice to find some many extra things (many toiletries, juice, bread to have for start, spices etc.) You can see that Roberta takes a lot of care for her guests.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is charming, spatious and has everything one may need in a home away from home. The grounds are tranquil. We enjoyed the park very much. William is a wonderful host. He met us at the entrance on our arrival and the next day gave us a great tour around of the historical estate of his ancestors. He also provided us with some useful suggestions for the next leg of our trip (he drew the detailed map, to be precise). Thank you, William!

Few people make everything Manuela put at ease and at the disposal of guests. In their apartment I found myself at home, and on a human level as well as in the family. The apartment is located in a courtyard with a beautiful garden. Gian Luca's aunties live in the same courtyard and gave us a great welcome. The apartment is spotless and well- equipped, and has private parking. It's a few meters from the main street in Villasimius with all the bars, restaurants etc. There are many beaches in the local area, all very good.

stefano's house exactly matches the description and is very close ( 5 minutes walk ) from Poetto beach and the bus stop to go to the center of Cagliari , the house is comfortable and comfortable , equipped with everything and with a beautiful garden with outdoor table where you can eat , not to mention that Stefano has two wonderful dogs that would be in a separate area, but we asked to leave them free to come even to the area of the apartment and it was very fun to interact and play with them . I would recommend Stefano's house for a beach vacation as it is really close to the beach , where there are kiosks that work as bars and restaurants where it is very nice to eat or drink at sunset
