We booked for 8 people to celebrate our 60th birthday together and enjoy 4 days in a peaceful and green place. Beautiful area. Very nice home. Clean. Very well equipped in every room. Necessary in every respect. No neighbours opposite. Very good Bedding. Very comfortable living room. Garden lounge areas, garden table area, BBQ, swimming pool turned on 2 days before the scheduled date to be nice to us… DAVE and DEBBYE are very attentive. I highly recommend this listing! I chose this Airbnb for a week away to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Marloes and Olav were incredibly welcoming hosts, from the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The Airbnb itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. The area is stunning, peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to nearby towns with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to explore. The facilities were great, everything was exactly as described, and more. Marloes was always just a message away and super helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even more relaxing. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in a beautiful location. I’ll definitely be back!

We were 12 people, from 6 to 72 years old. Everyone loved these 4 days!The house is simply beautiful, there are plenty of activities for all ages, it's close to the city centre and above all we had a great welcome from Dorian, by message because unfortunately he was absent, but he had put 2 good bottles in the fridge as a welcome gift, and also from his parents, extremely kind and helpful, and who were very good advice for visits. This is by far the best cottage we've done so far!

Very nice house , tastefully decorated. I have already rented a lot of houses but have never had the opportunity to have a rental house so clean and so complete with everything one could need. It feels like home. I would highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

We recommend Elisabeth's cottage, it is located in a quiet environment, it is well equipped and decorated with care. The swimming pool, bocce court and games room are a real plus. Élisabeth is very attentive to her hosts. We had a lovely weekend with the family in this refreshing place.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted with the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

We had a wonderful stay, quiet and peaceful, we are already planning to return as soon as possible. The accommodation is clean, decorated with great taste, the bedding is perfect and the room for the jacuzzi is great, the pool water is great, and the outdoor area is very quiet, without any neighbours. The owners are very discreet. I would recommend this place without a second thought.

Very pleasant stay at the little cottage in the garden. The accommodation is very comfortable for two people (not so small) especially as there is a table and chairs available for eating outside with the nice view of the garden and the surrounding meadows. The accommodation is clean, the decoration pleasant and the area very beautiful. We were able to enjoy the hikes and swimming in the lakes and rivers in early June with beautiful weather. Many points of interest are 30 minutes' drive away and you can also go for a walk from the cottage. Anyway, don't hesitate!

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

Beautiful, homey house. Lovely garden with beautiful flowers. Everything was also available for our children (twins of 2). We enjoyed.

Sandrine's cottage is a true haven of peace. Exceptional location, a magical view of the castle, surrounded by nature. Comfort is at the rendezvous, everything is impeccable and you feel immediately good... our dog too, thanks to the beautiful fully fenced garden! Nature and culture offer you plenty of choice for the holiday programme. Sandrine is a kind and discreet hostess who delicately ensures the well-being of her guests. We would definitely recommend the place!

GREAT! We completely relaxed sous les trois tilleuls 🍃 Beautiful surroundings, large supermarkets a 20-minute drive away, many hiking trails nearby, a super cozy cottage with green garden and extremely friendly people. The fireplace was an added value! 🦎 💚

We stayed in the house for 4 nights. There is nothing to do in the hamlet but the surroundings are beautiful and Vezelay and Avalon are a short distance away. From the village, there is a walking route of 8 km. The Wi-Fi is under the router, which is under a wooden block. That was a bit of a search. Nice rooms, nice beds. Great stay. Thanks Anne-Sophie 👋

Fantastic location with a wonderful view, there is a very charming courtyard where you can have lunch or dinner or a tiny balcony with a view of the lake and beautiful hills, the inside of the cottage is very charming and you will find everything you’ll need for holiday break!, we will definitely be returning to this magical place!

A beautiful wooden house with 4 bedrooms in a peaceful environment. Sébastien is adorable. It's rare to have a host of this quality. I also recommend Anne Sophie at the bistro in the park 300 metres away.

Beautiful little house in a village close to Avallon. The house is very well-equipped and has a lot of charm. Sylvie and Patrick were lovely. They went out of their way to find us a nurse that my husband needed. We had a more than nice stay in Usy despite mixed weather. We recommend eyes closed.

We had a great time in this haven of peace. The place is cozy and cocooning, and we were lucky enough to enjoy splendid weather, spending a lot of time in the garden around the barbecue. The house also offers very nice rooms, more spacious than I imagined. Special mention to bedding, incredibly comfortable! We were two couples with babies, and it was great because everyone had their own space on both sides in the sleeping area. In addition, the house has many amenities like a high chair, a crib, a changing space, baby dishes, as well as books, games... I highly recommend! Cheers!

We were hosted very well despite our very late arrival. Small house furnished and decorated with excellent taste. You feel very good there right away. I recommend it.

Our stay could not have been better. Jenny is lovely, and helpful in every way. She went above and beyond, however, when she picked up some much needed dog food for us in Dijon. The house is beautifully decorated, well outfitted, and so charming. The area is quiet, in a wonderful way, but within driving distance of many wonderful sights, and close enough to Beaune, Dijon, and the Burgundy wine route to make them very doable day trips. Nearby Epoisses has a not to be missed Fromagerie and great bakery. Jenny even arranged a Resistance tour for us, with a local guide, Tim. It was excellent.

Fine, centrally located. Very clean and complete. A little dated and dark, but everything was there (and clean!). Please note, there is actually no suitable outdoor space for when the weather is nice. Nothing else wrong with it.
