Small cosy and completely renovated house for two with bedroom and bathroom downstairs and living with kitchen upstairs. The house is just 25 min from the highway A6 and on the border of a village and with a few steps you are in the forrest. Lake Saint Agnan is just 15 min, Vezelay 30 min. The house is situated next to the main building, but with it own entrance and terrace, so with plenty privacy. In the village there is a epicerie with bread, bar and restaurant. Next village has more shops.

À 5 km de Quarré-les-Tombes (commerces, restaurant) et à 10 km de la sortie d’autoroute d’Avallon, à environ 2 h de Paris. Idéal pour les amoureux de nature : randonnées à proximité (Grande Traversée du Morvan à 3 km), sports d’eau vive, accrobranche et découvertes culturelles.

Cottage at the edge of the woods

Petit chalet en plein coeur du Parc Naturel du Morvan. Situé en bordure d'un petit hameau proche tous commerces et entouré de nombreux chemins de randonnée. A noter: nous venons de créer un second gîte pour 2 personnes au fond du jardin (voir photos). Il est séparé du chalet par un petit ruisseau et une clôture. L'accès à ce gîte et son espace extérieur sont côté forêt: les deux gîtes sont donc totalement indépendants, et il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis.

The detached house is located in an old Morvan farmhouse and its 5000 m2 property. It consists of an entrance, a living room with a sofa bed, a small simple kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. It has an unobstructed view of the Morvan! For us, the best view in Morvan!
