The natural lake by the house, the natural beach in Lauterbach, the gastronomy of the hotel next door, and also the proximity to Stralsund. Stay with us temporarily, or spend wonderful holidays in the untouched nature and enjoy the beaches, even in winter. By the way, our apartment is barrier-free and there is a comfortable elevator in the house. We look forward to seeing our guests.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a more than 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or come from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

Here you will stay in a modern apartment in a Bauhaus villa above Lake Schmachter. The house was newly built in 2007 in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The town center and the beach are only about 10 minutes' walk or 5 minutes by bike. The highlights of the spacious apartment are the sunny south-west balcony with lake view and the fireplace. The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Vacation home Joline

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.

The Möwenbude – your cozy island nest

Welcome to the Möwenbude! Our lovingly furnished apartment is centrally located and close to the beach in Sellin. Wilhelmstraße, the pier, the south beach, the Rasende Roland, the spa and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Look forward to an open living-dining area with well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, balcony with seating, elevator, parking. A crib and high chair are provided.
