5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Stupendo b/b immerso nella colline senesi. L'appartamento per 4 persone era pulito e in ordine con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. L'area esterna è incantevole: viti, piante stupende e giardino curato. La piscina a sfioro - con vista - è sicuramente il punto forte: davvero impagabile la vista. L'host è stato cortese e disponibile anche a fronte di qualche inconveniente che si è verificato durante la permanenza. Uniche note negative: check in non disagevole. Al nostro arrivo, la chiave inserita nella key box era quella del monocale e non del nostro appartamento. Ergo, abbiamo dovuto contattare la responsabile e attendere l'arrivo - dopo 15 minuti circa - della domestica che ci ha fornito la chiave corretta. L'appartamento era pulito eccetto la presenza, vicino al lavabo, di molte formiche morte. Il lavabo era intasato e, pertanto abbiamo segnalato alla domestica che è intervenuta per sbloccare. Nel complesso, comunque, posto davvero bello che merita la visita.

Siamo stati benissimo, Carolina è stata molto gentile e disponibile, dandoci anche un sacco di suggerimenti su cosa visitare. In dotazione ci sono le biciclette e la casa è a 15 minuti a piedi (5 di bicicletta) dal centro storico di Castiglione. Inoltre la zona è molto silenziosa e c'è il posteggio auto. Consigliatissimo!!

We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! La vacanza è stata magnifica, il posto meraviglioso, tranquillità assoluta , l'appartamento bellissimo, pulito, la piscina in mezzo al verde degli ulivi è prato. Ana, è stata gentilissima proprietaria molto amichevole, persona seria è tranquilla, consiglio a tutti la location è stupenda meravigliosa. un caro saluto a tutti

L'alloggio è molto confortevole, situato in un contesto veramente tranquillo. Impagabile la vista dal terrazzino, sul quale abbiamo mangiato tutti i giorni, anche grazie alla tenda per riparare dal sole. I condizionatori in camera sono stati una manna dal cielo in questi giorni caldissimi. Bellissimo anche il giardino con barbecue, anche se non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne per questioni si tempo. Tiziana è stata un host super accogliente, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni circa i posti da vedere e cosa fare. Per qualsiasi necessità è sempre stata disponibile. Unica pecca, è che per spostarti devi sempre prendere l'auto (spesa, mare, ristorante, panetteria...) ma questo non ci ha fermato. Avrei messo qualche dotazione in più (detersivo lavatrice, olio, sale, caffè, zucchero...) per non doverci portare tutto dietro. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole una vacanza tranquilla!

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Tamara qui est une personne très agréable. L'appartement était parfait à la hauteur de nos attentes. Au calme , grand, propre, avec toutes les commodités et bien placé au abord du village. Je recommande ce logement et remercie Tamara pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

The accommodation in Scarlino was great, thanks to the hosts Mauro and Laura, very warm, helpful, everything we needed they provided. The sea really is a 5 minute drive away, there are many beaches to choose from and the amazing landmarks of Tuscany - Siena, San Gimignano, Massa Maritima, and more are all accessible. I recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility and not the hustle and bustle of a resort. So satisfaction is great.

We had a lovely three nights at Barbara’s apartment. Poggio is a very cute village, and we are very glad we chose to stay there. The square out the front of the apartment is very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting out the front with our morning coffees, being greeted by the neighbourhood cat, Miu!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Sohn fand die Tiere (Katzen, Hühner, Truthahn, Hasen, Hunde) besonders spannend und wir durften sogar die Hundewelpen streicheln. Auch die Schaukel und Rutschen waren super für ihn. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr umfangreich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir konnten sogar unsere Wäsche waschen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft an top Lage! für Leute mit Hunden ideal, man kann die Hunde vom Meer aus auf der Terrasse sehen, sehr gemütlich und privat. Toller Strand, schöne Atmosphäre. Marina ist sehr herzlich und hat alles gegeben damit wir einen tollen Aufenthalt haben. Wau Beach extra für Hunde in der Nähe.

Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde! Jenny, Angelo und ihre Familie sind unglaublich freundliche und liebenswerte Menschen, die einen sofort in ihre schöne Gemeinschaft aufnehmen. Das Anwesen ist geschmackvoll gestaltet, alles ist selbst gemacht und die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Ein Ort, an dem man gemeinsam sitzt und sich austauscht, zusammenhilft und eine ganz entspannte und ruhige Zeit verbringen kann. Jenny hat uns immer super Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Meer ist ca. 40min entfernt und mit dem Auto also noch gut erreichbar. Der nahegelegenen See ist ein toller Erholungsort, und das nächste Örtchen zum einkaufen ist auch nicht weit weg. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder kommen.

Alloggio consigliato a chi vuole visitare Castiglione della Pescaia e le sue spiagge. A soli 15 Min a piedi c'è il mare. Consigliato anche per gli amanti della bici. Ciclabile a due passi da casa. L'alloggio ha tutto il necessario ed anche un comodo spazio esterno, dove farete amicizia con il loro cagnolone Rosina. Tutta la famiglia è gentile e disponibile.

Appartamento perfettamente coincidente con la descrizione e le fotografie pubblicate. Sofia è stata un host con la quale si comunica molto bene e dalle quale si ottengono risposte immediate. La casa era molto pulita ed adatta alle nostre esigenze, zona tranquilla con parcheggio libero di fronte all' ingresso. Comoda per girare la zona. Lavastoviglie e Wi-fi sono utilissimi. Grazie mille di tutto, è stato un piacere!

Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

Patrizios home was very well located in heart of town. I would like to point out that his flat was very clean. We used his flat to visit the nearby beautyfull villages.

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is stunning. It was like staying in a beautiful museum. There were seven adult family members and there was plenty of space for all. The location was terrific - near the center of the beautiful city of Siena! As a bonus, Bianca is a professional photographer and took formal engagement photos of my daughter and her fiancé. That was great!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Der gesamte Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, Chris hat wirklich Stil und hat offensichtlich Freude für ihre Gäste eine perfekte Unterkunft zu bieten. Der Pool für nur 2 Appartements ist wirklich einzigartig, extrem sauber und aus hochwertigem Material hergestellt. Das besondere daran ist, dass sich das Wasser tagsüber bis fast 30 Grad erwärmt und auch am Abend noch immer 25-26 Grad aufweist und das Anfang Juni. 15 min. Fußweg zum Sandstrand Lido, die Städte Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, und Porto Azzuro sind in weniger als 20 min. erreichbar, alles in Allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, 100 Prozent Empfehlung.
