Giancarlo’s place in Tuscany is a gem with incredible views a comfortable home and great access to the surroundings which are special and unique! Would recommend renting a car to visit the area.

The accommodation in Scarlino was great, thanks to the hosts Mauro and Laura, very warm, helpful, everything we needed they provided. The sea really is a 5 minute drive away, there are many beaches to choose from and the amazing landmarks of Tuscany - Siena, San Gimignano, Massa Maritima, and more are all accessible. I recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility and not the hustle and bustle of a resort. So satisfaction is great.

We spend here 4 nights with our dog and felt right at home. I love nature and I love to cook and the kitchen being small has everything and a window on the Tuscan landscape, Considering we were not lucky with the weather Antonio gave us a few great tips what to do and we had an amazing time! We had an unforgettable time here - the nature as well as the facility itself are beautiful, a bit rustic with a few renovations, about which Ana can tell a lot. You can spread out on the grounds, have enough privacy if desired and can watch the most beautiful sunsets. The pool between the olive trees is also fantastic. From here, we were able to visit some cities such as Florence and Siena, and Ana also had great tips for suitable restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

The accommodation is very comfortable, located in a really quiet context. The view from the terrace, on which we ate every day, is priceless, also thanks to the tent to repair from the sun. The air conditioners in the room were a manna from the sky these very hot days. The garden with a barbecue is also beautiful, although we could not use it for reasons of time. Tiziana was a super welcoming host, she gave us all the directions to see and what to do. She has always been available to discuss any needs. The only downside is that to get around you always have to take the car (shopping, sea, restaurant, bakery...) but this did not stop us. I would have put some extra equipment (laundry detergent, oil, salt, coffee, sugar...) so we don't have to bring everything behind us. Highly recommended for those who want a quiet vacation!

We had a lovely three nights at Barbara’s apartment. Poggio is a very cute village, and we are very glad we chose to stay there. The square out the front of the apartment is very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting out the front with our morning coffees, being greeted by the neighbourhood cat, Miu!

What an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment! Pictures don’t do it justice. A true Tuscan paradise. Apartment is spotless. Beautiful touches everywhere and very spacious. The views are incredible. Great front and back porches to relax and take in the beauty. Mario and Nadia are wonderful hosts. Always responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

A beautiful spot on earth! Jenny, Angelo and their family are incredibly friendly and lovable people who immediately welcome you into their beautiful community. The property is tastefully designed, everything is homemade and the apartment is very clean and has everything you need. A place where you can sit together and exchange ideas, help each other and spend a very relaxed and quiet time. Jenny always gave us great tips and was very helpful. The sea is about 40 minutes away and easily accessible by car. The nearby lake is a great place to relax, and the nearest village for shopping is also not far away. We extended our stay and would have liked to stay much longer. We will definitely come back.

Such an amazing location overlooking the beautiful Tuscany countryside. Only a short drive to Siena and within an hour of many other Tuscany towns. The villa was extremely well appointed with a welcome pack along with coffee pods which were available for refill during our week stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stefania's apartment is equipped with everything you could need: it's like being at home! Everything is very clean and tidy. Stefania and her husband advised us on the best places in the area and how to get there. We chose to get around by bike (which we were able to rent from them) to visit the beaches of the area. A wonderful vacation in an oasis of tranquility and kindness!

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

The entire outdoor area is very spacious and designed with a lot of attention to detail, Chris really has style and obviously enjoys offering her guests a perfect accommodation. The pool for only 2 apartments is really unique, extremely clean and of high quality material. The special thing about it is that the water heats up to almost 30 degrees during the day and is still 25-26 degrees in the evening, and that's at the beginning of June. 15 min. walk to the sandy beach Lido, the cities Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, and Porto Azzuro can be reached in less than 20 min., all in all a perfect accommodation, 100 percent recommendation.
