In the beating heart of the island. 200 meters from the port, in one of the most characteristic streets of the area. A stone's throw from Via XX Settembre: the street for strolling among the shops and restaurants that animate hundreds of narrow and fragrant alleys around it day and night. We are in Cala Gavetta, the port area, a stone's throw from the sea. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and open space kitchen, 40 sqm terrace, living room with terrace overlooking the sea.

Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Nice apartment less than a 5-minute walk from the historic center completely isolated from noise. Breathtaking view of part of the Maddalenino Archipelago. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, private covered parking. The apartment is on the second and top floor of a small building of only 6 units. The entrance gives access to the living area/open kitchen with sofa bed. Bedroom with terrace equipped with double bed and foldaway bunk bed.
