STREET PARKING,FREE,NOT PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX of €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with the separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard , there is the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I renovated without distorting its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, smart TV in the living room , the Wifi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner while watching the Porto Faro lighthouse and the boats sailing towards La Maddalena. Get out of the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation is required for at least 2 consecutive weeks. Extra sheets and towels provided, only on request (30 euros/person/week). N.B. Extra IS due TO the rental TAX.
