"Tiny house with cozy outdoor space" La piccola casetta blu è un bilocale, essenziale, completo nell'arredo e nei servizi, posto in pieno centro a Porto Rafael. La casetta è a pochi metri dalla piazzetta, dal bar e dal mare. Parcheggio privato e piacevole e rilassante area esterna immersa nel verde. Il bilocale ha un mini angolo cottura elettrico, lavello, frigorifero (no freezer), aria condizionata/riscaldamento, Wifi gratuito e tv con firestick e Tv sat. Le zanzariere completano i servizi.

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

The garden and the pools are of the condominium. The apartment has automated awnings and windbreaks, wii fii and it has just been renovated.

Appartamento affacciato sulla spiaggia, appena ristrutturato. Ideale per famiglie. Bellissimo terrazzo sul mare dove fare colazione e cena guardando il faro di Porto Faro e le barche che veleggiano verso La Maddalena. Esci di casa e sei subito in spiaggia. Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers). N.B. Extra è dovuta L'IMPOSTA di SOGGIORNO.
