Newly renovated vacation home in a very quiet area in the south of Menorca, Son Ganxo. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one outside), a large kitchen and living room, and a very nice outdoor area. Two bedrooms with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), two bedrooms with two twin beds that share an indoor bathroom and another full bathroom (with a shower) outside. All the furniture is new, a fully renovated house.

Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.

In only 50m distance to the other side of the street there is a small cove going down some stairs where you can take a bath in the sea. The beautiful beach of Binisafua is 350m from the bungalow. The bungalow has been completely renovated with much charm in 2019 and offers all the comfort for a relaxing vacation.
