Lovely and newly remodeled in the Menorcan style, the apartment enjoys an impressive view over the Mediterranean sea. Its located on top of the hill over Son Bou, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Surrounded by typical white houses intertwined with pines and palm trees, the area's peacefulness is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The apartment has many conveniences, with a brand-new kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Wifi, Smart-Tv and modern bathrooms.

Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

CASA MILOS B&B annex with swimming pool by the sea

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The sea view, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterize this peaceful place. The large windows in every room give light to the entire house, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Los Olivos is a vacation home on the edge of a quiet and local cove. You can cross the street to swim in the crystal clear waters or take a paddle or kayak tour left graciously at your disposal. The house has been carefully decorated to make you feel good right away, the bedding chosen for a restful rest. All exteriors have sea views and many places have been arranged in the shade or in the sun for a restful idleness.

The "Son Rotger" apartments are located in Calan Porter, just 400 meters from one of the best beaches on the island, with clean waters and fine sand, in a quiet area of the south of Menorca.
