All private. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds ;suitable for four people. Recently renovated and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Vitro, oven, microwave, flat TV, coffee makers, juicer, minipimer, toaster, hair dryer, Hi Fi, washing machine etc. Ten minutes walk to the spectacular beach of El Arenal, or to the wonderful natural pools of Bajamar. Guagua stop 25 meters away. Enjoy a drink on the terrace letting yourself by the Del Mar breeze, while watching the sunset in front of you or savor a delicious breakfast, watching the young people surfing the crest of the waves in the sea, and of course, broncéate lying on a hammock, while reading a book, on the schedule you want, as you will have sun from dawn to dusk, given the configuration of its spectacular terrace.

We can also provide a crib and an infant chair upon request, free of charge. The room was completely renovated in the summer of 2025, so all the electrical installations and home appliances are brand-new. The bay view and sunset from the top are truly amazing.

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.
