Apartment holiday rentals in Punta del Hidalgo

Fabulous! Elena was really reliable in communications & very welcoming. The flat was spotless & exactly as listed. Lovely sleeping with the sea breeze & sounds of the waves. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, s&p, washing up liquid, laundry liquid, shampoo, shower gel & loo rolls ready in the flat. Supermarkets near by for other provisions eg milk. Loved Punta del Hidalgo in March. Low key. Sleepy. Not much English being spoken & no translated menus = heaven (though didn’t always order the drinks or food we were expecting!). Bars, breakfast cafes, restaurants slightly unpredictable opening hours - perhaps as ‘off season’ though managed absolutely fine. Coastal views & in particular the sunset were stunning. Hiking spectacular. Huge surf. Natural pool is a stone’s throw away- 40m long roughly. Amazing fresh fish at local restaurants. Parking no problem at all- possibly slightly busier at the weekend? Hot water mentioned in some feedback did not cause issue with short showers. Would return.

Ruben's apartment is ideally located, just opposite the Punta del Hidalgo promenade. It is not very large but perfectly equipped (kitchen with the necessary utensils and appliances, bathroom and living room). The building was very quiet during our stay, despite the restaurant just below on the promenade (but on the other side of the pool). The view of the southwest of the island and of the Teide, when it deigns to come out of its clouds, is admirable (and there is a balcony at the end of the corridor of the floor that allows you to see the sunset, magnificent). The building's pool was under repair during our stay and we couldn't access it, but the municipal natural pool is really close and is super well maintained and supervised. It's better to swim in the ocean when you're not too sensitive to the cold. The only downside is that on weekends there are a few more people in Punta del Hidalgo and it's a little more complicated to park near the building.

Nice accommodation with an incredible view! It's great to sit on the balcony, listen and see the ocean. The house has a swimming pool with ocean water. We were there in May, the pool was still quite cold to swim. Also, the pool is being restored, which spoils the impression. The apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need. In my opinion, I would like the furniture to be newer, but it is not very critical. There is a nice quiet city around, there are several shops nearby. I definitely recommend this place for the view from the balcony! It is worth noting that if you have a light sleep, the sound of the ocean can be too loud at night with the window open. Staying at Eduardo’s Airbnb was an absolute delight. Eduardo was an amazingly kind and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions we had and ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The place was impeccably clean, and everything felt brand new, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the details, as the space was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. The view from the apartment was lovely, adding a special touch to our mornings and evenings. Plus, the beds and bedding all seemed new, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I would highly recommend Eduardo’s Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

We were able to enjoy the time in Punta del Hidalgo very much! The apartment is in a great location and the view of the Atlantic Ocean is always fantastic. Sabine is a great hostess! We would have liked to have stayed longer...

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing and even provided a self-made guidebook with great tips on places to eat and visit, which we loved. The space was beautiful and felt like an authentic part of Tenerife. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, exactly as seen in the pictures only better in real life. Beautiful views of the sea and beautiful background noise through the sea. Everything was good to very good.

The apartment is beautiful with breathtaking ocean views: sunset every night. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean and well decorated. Upon our arrival, some fruit, food and drinks to start our stay well The Mesa Del Mar area is quite secluded and quiet, the Arena beach is beautiful and a 5-minute walk away. Raquel and Johannes are very responsive and caring, they regularly asked us if everything was going well. I highly recommend

Our second stay in this great apartment was even more beautiful than the first - it was almost a little like "coming home". The contact with Bárbara was again flawless and the key handover by her mother also worked perfectly. The apartment is clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen offers everything you need for a great cooking evening. We'll be back for sure!

You could not loon for a more cozy and Private little hideaway when you come to Punta. I am already addicted and have been able to enjoy this beautiful apartment several Times and it always feels like home. Miguel is a fantastic and helpful host that will be always availabme if you need anything. The apartment has a spektakulär sea view and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony Watching waves. the bed ist super cozy and the kitchen has everything you need fir cooking, even a Toaster ;)) and a nice coffee Machine . there is also a Washing Maschine if you run out of clothes ;) All is very new and well maintained. My favorite place was the big sea view balcony. thx miguel

The apartment matches the description, the two teraces are huge and give you the privacy that you need while giving you a 360 view of the city. The apartment itself is equiped with everything you need and more ! We could not get over the location as it’s located in the city center but quiet enough for relaxation. Hugo is a amazing host!

Great, clean, modern apartment. In addition, a central location in the Anaga. Also wonderful views when there are no clouds. The latter is the only disadvantage. Depending on the weather, the apartment can be in the clouds.

This was a wonderful apartment in the heart of Santa Cruz. The apartment was in excellent condition and within walking distance of numerous shops/restaurants/cafes/etc. Additionally, Carmen was a wonderful host and was always quick to respond or provide local recommendations. Would love to stay here again if ever in Santa Cruz again!

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

Everything was more than perfect, Hilary and Andrew were very welcoming, very friendly and all the little attentions made a big difference

This charming little Airbnb is a true gem, tucked high in the hills in the quietest, most peaceful spot with breathtaking views. Immaculate from top to bottom, it had everything I needed for a relaxing escape. A bottle of red on arrival was such a thoughtful touch, and it was fully stocked with towels (including swimming ones) and plenty of loo roll. The bed was comfy and the bedding smelt divine – small details that really elevated the experience. I was lucky to enjoy peaceful days reading and enjoying the pool in total tranquillity – exactly what I needed after recently losing my wife to cancer. The hosts made it truly special. Eleazar and his dad Fernando are kind. When I had an issue with the air con, Fernando came over straight away, brought food when he realised I hadn’t shopped, and even took me shopping the next day. Eleazar was attentive, responsive, and clearly cares. Staff were kind and kept everything spotless. A soul-nourishing escape. Highly recommended!

Benedict's accommodation is a great place to stay. A restored old house that is in a central location in La Laguna. You can easily walk to the city's main restaurants and entertainment venues. Benedict gave clear information about the accommodation and recommendations for restaurants and was available if needed.

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!
