The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Cozy snail house in a great location

The cozily furnished house offers all kinds of possibilities for a great vacation by the Mosel – just as you like, because it has it all. A parking space in front of the house, a small balcony and a small garden are available for your stay. The cottage itself has 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and living room and a bathroom (renovated in 2026), and a small, narrow staircase leads to the balcony as well as a living room and a bedroom. There is also a desk for working.

Exclusive loft in Alf by the Mosel. A newly RESTORED vacation home FROM THE 16TH century. The former wine press house is located in Alf and is only about 100 meters from the Moselle. The cozy, open living and dining area invites you to relax. The loft has a living area of approx. 58 m 2. IT IS SUITABLE for up to 4 people. On the ground floor is the bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeping places: 1 double bed (1.8), 1 bunk bed 1.4 m wide (head height approx. 1.3 m)

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

The cozy detached house Tropica (72 square meters) invites you to switch off and linger. In addition to a high-quality kitchen, it is characterized by its attention to detail. There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. The garden supports the comfort with a heated hot tub, the barbecue area with a Weber grill and the 85 sqm play-fun fitness center with training equipment and entertainment. Quaint half-timbered house 200 m from the Moselle bank Pünderich

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace, and in the cellar there is a wine refrigerator filled by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cosy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends. Prices include cleaning and the Airbnb fee.

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
