This home has been in my family for four generations, and having grown up here, I am delighted to invite you to experience its magic. Free private parking in the enclosed courtyard nearby. We always look that the apartment is clean, neat and perfectly functional so you can start enjoying it right away.

Our city apartment is situated within our family home of Austro-Hungarian arhitecture. Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.

Amphitheatre Golden Oldie Studio

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.
