Our family house built in 1728, just renoved in 2019, offers a perfect spot for holidays and weekend, for quality time with large families or friends gathering. Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

Beautiful loft apartment located in the charming village of Noisy-sur-école 67 km southeast of Paris. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Trois Pignons’ forest, a well-known destination for climbing (bouldering). Two crash pads are offered in the rental. A 10-minute drive takes you to the town of Milly-la-Forêt, which has exceptional bakeries, cheese / wine shops, and a famous market. A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

Come and escape to this little haven of peace, with a heated pool just 1 hour from Paris. The cottage is independent, but it is possible to run into each other because it is on our property. Old barn tastefully restored in the quiet of the countryside. Perfect for a romantic or solo getaway. You can discover the Juine Valley, nature and greenery on the agenda. Located less than 1 hour from Chartres and Fontainebleau. We ensure a discreet presence, available if needed.

Cozy secluded cottage with fireplace

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This Canadian chalet lost in the woods of the fountainbleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to the roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the 3ha unenclosed wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! Two other chalets on the property share the children's playground.

A comfortable 80 m² barn renovated in 2022 will be perfect for your weekends/vacations as a couple (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, crib with comfortable mattress upon request). Maximum of two adults. Electric vehicle charging station at cost price. Space/Pool/Swing/Baby sand/Trampoline/TV with Netflix, Amazon and Molotov. Shops a few miles away. Parties/professional photos/ceremonies and pets not allowed. For our insurance, the number of people must match the booking.

Exceptional house in the heart of the Gatinais Park. Just 10 minutes from the climbing sites, Buthiers and its leisure centre, and Milly-la-Forêt and its food shops. The forest in front of the entrance gate and the countryside in the back offer great walks and hikes. A year-round hot tub, board games, a small projection room, a table football set, books and comics, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large fireplace allow you to make the most of the house.

Forest house inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, swimming pool and terrace in a dominant position in a remarkable environment. Ideal for a stay in the middle of the forest an hour from Paris. Photoshoots, filming and corporate seminars can be held on site. Train station 700m away, shops 2km away. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to eight people, with a calm atmosphere. Breakfasts not included, self check-in.

This beautiful family and rural home located in a hamlet will bring you calm and relaxation, and this is very close to Paris (45 km) and Versailles (60 km). To get around, Bouray or La Ferté-Alais train stations allow you to access the capital in less than 1 hour. Many tours and walks possible around the house: Gatinais Park, Château de Chamarande, Milly-la-Forêt, Cerny Airfield.
