This well situated house is located in a quiet area in front of a communal swimming pool. The house has one bedroom and one complete bathroom and a sofa bed for extra guest. A nice Terrace with sun beds and barbecue. The complete kitchen has all you need for total independence. Playa Blanca town is located only 700 meters away where you can find everything you may need . Flamingo beach (one of the most beautiful beaches on the island) is located at 150 meters away from the house.
