Truly a lovely home, very spacious and the screened in Lanai was a great location for enjoying the views and ocean breeze.

We loved our stay! The house was very clean and we felt right at home. Other than the amazing views, the neighborhood was very peaceful. We loved Pebbles Beach, just a short drive from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place close to the airport while having easy access to everything. Very clean and the beach equipment was amazing to have during our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay - best place to stay on the Big Island! What an amazing location, with a fantastic view! Private and relaxing, looking out onto coffee trees and the ocean. The place is everything that's promised and more. Great kitchen for cooking dinner if you don't feel like going out, an amazing outdoor shower, a GIANT TV for the times you want to just relax, and outdoor space that's private and tranquil. Everyone I communicated with was immediately responsive, and had suggestions for places to go (especially coffee farms), and responded very quickly. I can't recommend this place enough - we may be coming back again and staying here if it's available again! PS - the frogs: some people may love them, some may not like the noise. I didn't mind them at all at night, and had a white noise app in case they were very vocal (especially after the rain). Never did see one. Oh! And considering it's in the upcountry, no bugs/minimal wildlife, nothing to stress you out!

We loved our stay in Kukuihaele. The proximity to both Honokaa and Waimea was so convenient. Loved the local restaurants that were recommended by the host and found a few gems of our own. The local fruit stands were a great place to stop on our way back to the house after a day of adventure. We walked to the Waipio Valley Lookout from the house and enjoyed a scenic drive to Hilo for the Sunday Farmers Market, while stopping at some waterfalls along the way. Avocados from the tree on site were large and delicious. We did experience some evening noise from the neighbors’ dogs barking our first few nights, which was unfortunate, but that resolved by the middle of our stay. The sounds of the birds and frogs singing and the cattle lowing were a welcome reminder of the nature that surrounded us. Not to mention the ocean view was fantastic! Overall we loved our time here, falling in love with the area and the old Hawaii feel of it. Thanks!

Tarek was awesome. Super responsive and very kind. 10/10 recommend his place to stay at when visiting Big Island. House was packed with much needed living amenities (paper towels, board games, laundry facilities). Loved the living conditions I got the chance to stay in!

Gorgeous sunrise views of Mauna Kea and a peaceful secluded setting!

The place was great! Super clean and Jon was able to respond quickly if needed. Cafe Florian down the street was super charming and affordable with GREAT views of the ocean, and Gypsea Gelato was a few minutes drive away and had amazing gelato-great treat on a hot day! Parks and snorkeling were short drives away. The grocery store down the street had great premade sushi to take to the beach! I felt very comfortable at Jon's place! Close to Kona Community Hospital as well.

Kathy’s place was perfect for us near Kona and close to everything. She was extremely helpful and responsive and we would rent again!

I enjoyed my stay in Kona. This place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the pictures. Thomas was super proactive and responsive to all of my needs. Check in was easy and clear instruction for check in and check out were provided. Amenities included a wide selection of beach items which was fantastic. Location was wonderful with walkable access to several popular but never crowded beaches. Private parking was a plus. I recommend.

we loved our stay, Matt and Rose's place was the perfect getaway for our 'Baby-moon'. the space is so peaceful and so much more beautiful than the pictures let on. we loved it here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. we would stay again in a heartbeat. thanks so much Matt and Rose!

Wow and wow! Joyce and Zac have gone above and beyond to create a space that is comfortable and private. While the accommodations are indeed attached to their home, the retreat presents like a private apartment. The kitchen is well-stocked, making it easy to cook in for meals, if desired. Nothing has been forgotten concerning the little touches that make traveling easier, so we would consider this rental much better than a hotel. There is no air-conditioning, but numerous fans are provided and we were comfortable during our June stay. The online pictures very accurately depict what you'll see when you arrive. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We whole-heartedly recommend this rental and plan to return on our next trip to Kona.

It's the house of my dream. Everything in the house is taken really good care of by Priscilla and Rob, and the house is definitely one of my favorite places in Kona. I really hope that I can come back soon, and I will bring you a small gift from China, Priscilla~~💜

We stayed in three different Airbnb’s on the Big Island. This was our favorite.

Loved our stay here! Location & views were exactly what we were looking for. Discounted golf rates at the course and access to the pool were awesome! 15 mins from beautiful beaches. The beach towels/chairs/umbrella/ gear etc were a big plus. The place was clean. Host were quick to answer if we had questions. Two things to note- 1. the blinds are not room darkening so when the sun comes up you’ll know it!This was fine for us, bc we were usually up anyway but just something to note! 2. To get to the bathroom you have to go through the room with the bunk beds. Again this didn’t matter for us because no one was staying in the bunk beds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay & would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa Village. The condo was super clean and tidy. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was perfectly located for all our activities. I would not hesitate to recommend this to a friend. Mahalo!

This place is exactly as described, quiet, clean, and close to everything in Waikōloa beach. The decor was nice and AC was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking! One thing cleaning-wise that would have been better is if the floor was mopped… walking around with bare feet, our feet got dirty quickly. However we will definitely be back to visit Carlos’ place.

Second stay here! Such a beautifully curated place! Cozy and peaceful with beautiful views. All the things you need to make your stay feel at home.

We stayed here to be close to the IM 70.3 Hawaii. This was such a great location for that (very short drive to the venue). There are good restaurants right near by and the area with the condo is very quiet. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and everything was beautiful inside.
