This brand-new Hawaiian home is furnished with comfortable amenities and airy yet minimalist decor. Explore the magic of East Hawaii from our beautiful jungle sanctuary. The ascetic touches of bronze sinks, local art, and custom carpentry will surely drop you into the peaceful vacation you're looking for. You may access the spring-fed waterfall directly from the property and go for a swim. Permits: STVR-19-350887 NUC-19-552 You will love how open and bright this home is. Natural lighting fills every room. The construction of this home was designed with special attention to every detail. The sinks are made from beautiful copper, all of the cabinets were made by a local furniture maker with beautiful native woods. There are so many cozy places throughout the home to lounge and rest and simply enjoy the incredible jungle views. From inside the home to out on the lanais (Hawaiian for balcony), you can rest comfortably. Do you need a soak in an over-sized jacuzzi tub with jets? If so, we have you covered. Enjoy your own personal spa experience in the master suite, which also has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and vanity area. Are you interested in exploring the abundance of local produce and fresh meats that Hawaii island has to offer? If so, we have all that you need in the kitchen to prepare local style feasts at home. You are also right in Hilo town and have easy access to some of the island's best restaurants. Both bedrooms have king sized foam mattresses with extra blankets and pillows. In the upstairs master suite, there is a little space for your computer or journaling or art or whatever you like. You also have an incredible private lanai from the master suite. The views from up here might just entice you to never leave. If you are down for a rugged little jungle hike, you can swim in the beautiful fresh water spring and get up close to the year-round waterfall. There is a palm tree-lined trail right from our property that will take you down there. You have complete access to the home, property, and beautiful - swimmable waterfall. We are currently living in California, but will provide you with our local contacts when your reservation is confirmed. You may always contact me via email, text, or call and we will immediately respond and help with whatever you might need. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in and check-out. Located in the Reed's Island neighborhood and surrounded on both sides by rivers, streams, and waterfalls—walk through the area and admire the historic homes. Hilo town and beaches are nearby, and the Volcano National Park is 30 minutes away. Hilo and East Hawaii is the perfect choice if you want to an authentic Hawaiian experience. You might also explore the world's most advanced telescopes on Mauna Kea and our gorgeous local brackish water black sand beaches. You will want a car to access the local destinations. Walking from the house is quite enjoyable, but more ideal for sight seeing. Please be advised that the yard is still a work in progress and is therefore a bit rugged to get around. Also, as our guest, you must accept 100% responsibility of your person and your possessions and release all liabilities from the homeowner.
