We are located between two of the Big Islands most iconic areas; Hawaii Volcano National Park and Hilo's beaches, approximately both a 20-minute drive from the studio. Our road to cottage can be rough,it is old blacktop that need to be replaced. We are asking county for help but no response.Road be adventurous , but cottage is worth it. E Komo Mai (Welcome)

Newly constructed unattached studio cottage with canopy queen size bed and super comfortable full size futon. Indoor bath with shower and outdoor bamboo shower. Brand new kitchen and an adorable lanai for enjoying the panoramic view of sunset or morning coffee. Our teak swing above the cottage offers a horizon view of the ocean.

Forest Hale Cabin @ Permaculture Farm, Waterfall

A beautiful get-away surrounded by nature on a cacao farm! One-bedroom + loft cabin, full kitchen, bathroom, w/d, sunny lanai, on our Big Island off-grid permaculture farm. Cabin is nestled in a food forest a few hundred feet from a stunning waterfall with swimming hole in a peaceful bamboo grove. One king-size bed in bedroom, two twin beds in loft, which has low ceiling & is accessed by steep narrow stairs. Free entrance to botanic garden. Organic eggs, homemade chocolate at farmstand!

Relax in the hammock on the lanai with tropical breezes! Please note there are entry stairs.

We are hosting a Quiet Hawaiian Oasis, less then 15 min from Hilo, Hilo airport and 15 min from the earthy hippie town of Pahoa. Our Ohana has easy access to main road but far enough away to be in complete silence and zero light pollution. The studio is separate from main house with a kitchenette, full bathroom with tub and central air conditioning. If your looking for great beaches, waterfalls, and hikes through the rainforest and botanical gardens, look no further.

Listen while the coquis lull you to sleep at night and gently awaken to the cacophony of tropical birds in the morning. The downstairs unit at J&R's Banana Cabana offers a comfortable queen sized bed, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and a full private bathroom. Come stay, enjoy, and relax!

Country Guest Home

(REF TAX ID TA005-218-0480-01) Enjoy time in a small (384 sq ft) self-contained guest shack with full kitchen in a rural setting. If you don't find the sound of coqui frogs at night obtrusive to your sleep, then this space would be suitable. While you will have privacy, my dad stays in the main house in case you need assistance in person. We are located at about 100 foot of elevation which provides for relatively cooler nights.
