Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. In Seine-et-Marne in Lumigny, located in the private area of Guerlande, between field and forest, close to Parc des Félins, 5 minutes from all amenities, 20 km from Disneyland, 33 km from Provins and 50 km from Paris. This renovated atypical house, in meulières stones is independent, it will charm you within its 120 m². It can accommodate from 2 to 12 people (day and night). You will find calm and serenity for a guaranteed change of scenery at the gates of Paris.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

Between October 15 and April 15, the guest must pay €08 per night for the consumption of electric heating. Restaurants nearby.
