You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

Independent house of 50 m2 and a large covered terrace of 50 m2 on property of 2500 m2 fully fenced, absolute calm, dead end overlooking the woods, barbecue, sandbox and tobogán for the little ones and lots of toys. Umbrella bed, sheets, blankets on request, chair riser for children's meals. Loan of an extra folding bed. Access to the Spa is €30 for the 1st day, then €20/day for the following days upon arrival, available all year round.

Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
