The fee includes cleaning. The area is elegant and quiet just a short walk from downtown, close to the hospital and university. On the doorbell, ring PERSIC. The apartment is located on the second and last floor. It has recently been completely renovated, bathroom and kitchen are new. The decor is modern. There is a removable cot for children. In the basement there is a small garage, but it is not difficult to find parking immediately outside the house. There is a nice common garden and a terrace.

We live in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, and the apartment is on the ground floor of our family house, with its own private entrance. Nearby, there are two public car parks (one of which is sheltered), a bus stop, and lots of trekking trails waiting for you!
