Host davvero gentile simpatico e accogliente , ci siamo trovati molto bene e c’era tutto come in descrizione , l unica cosa che mancava anche non importante era della carta igienica ma oltre questo tutto perfetto 👌

Le séjour que nous avons passé chez Giada était parfait ! Le logement est super, avec tout ce qu’il faut, et parfaitement situé à mi chemin entre sienne et Florence ! Giada est particulièrement gentille et accueillante, et il est très facile de communiquer avec elle. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir si nous en avons l’occasion tellement ce séjour à San Donato nous a plus. Merci encore et à bientôt :)

Alloggi stupendi, puliti e dotati di ogni comfort! Tre appartamenti con entrate indipendenti in un luogo spettacolare con vista mozzafiato immersi in un giardino molto bello. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Piscina appena rifatta, non grandissima ma molto bella e raccolta da condividere con le persone con cui vai in vacanza. Adatto soprattuto a gruppi grandi di amici/familiari per goderti un relax da sogno.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen. Heel gastvrij. Francesca respecteert privacy. Huis ligt heerlijk rustig en toch niet ver van Pistoia. We kregen goede tips over inkopen en restaurants. Ook waar je goede wijn kunt kopen. Ook tips over plaatsen die we wilden bezoeken. Zelfs hoe je het beste naar Florence kunt gaan - trein. Tip over parkeren in Pistoia op loopafstand van centrum. Kost daar € 2.00 per dag en op zondag gratis. Al met al een fijn adres om te verblijven met een goede gastvrouw.

Notre hôte était vraiment chaleureuse. et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu l'occasion de goûter à leurs produits. Elle nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Elle a été très réceptive suite à notre arrivée tardive dùe à notre vol retardé. Nous recommandons fortement cette belle maison et y reviendrons assurément. Merci pour votre accueil ❤️

We’ve just had an amazing 5 day stay at Fabio’s apartment. The check in process was really straightforward and the apartment itself was very spacious, clean and had all the needed amenities. The location was on a quiet street about 15 minutes walk from all the sites so was absolutely great to be able to walk everywhere we needed. Would come back to Fabio’s apartment in a heart beat!

John and Christine are amazing hosts! The place is wonderful! Highly recommended!!

Lorenzo è un super host. È stato super disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili circa le attività da fare nei dintorni. L’alloggio è centrale, è facile spostarsi nei dintorni per raggiungere i vari posti, e presenta una vista incantevole sull’intero Chianti.

Great location, bus stop with connections to local towns, including Florence, is across the street. A relaxing stay with excellent local restaurants.

Daniele was always helpful and lived close by therefore very responsive. Such a beautiful place to stay with the most beautiful view. As it is high up, I would definitely recommend hiring a small car - Narrow and spiralling roads. Lots of wine tasting! Close by for venturing out to Florence and Sienna.

We had a pleasant stay. Andrea sent us a lot of local recommendations and was always responsive to our questions. We highly recommend it and plan to be back!

Carmine's place is just wonderful. The views are stunning and the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. The house is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We were there in the beginning of March and it was a bit chilly the first day but Carmine had the fire going for us when we arrived which helped a lot. Overall we really loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Tuscany.

In one word amazing ! in two words highly recommend ! we where 5 adults and the place was warm and welcome . full kitchen , absolutely amazing view and private . Thanks sara for all your help !

Dank der guten Beschreibung haben wir die Unterkunft problemlos gefunden. Der Weg dort hin ist wirklich etwas besonderes, aber die "Anstrengung" wert. Die Lage ist ein Traum und das Haus in dem Alter und Zustand etwas ganz besonderes. Es wurde auch versucht das Ambiente nicht durch modernes Zeug kaputt zu machen. Großartig. Die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr gut und Romanella ist der perfekte Host. Sie ist sehr aufmerksam und äusserst freundlich. Das Haus liegt abgelegen, was perfekt ist, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Das Haus bietet tolle Aussichten und einen sehr schönen Aussenbereich, viel Natur rundherum. Es liegt perfekt von der Lage. Von hier aus kann man alle wichtigen Orte der Provinzen Pisa und Firenze sowie das Chianti-Gebiet innert 60 Minuten erreichen.

Great communication, clean and spacious apartment. Wish the kitchen was a bit more equipped (cleaning products, napkins, cooking basics), however our experience was great overall and would definitely recommend!

Sehr schön gelegende Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Trotzdem alles Nötige gleich in der Nähe und sehr leicht zu Fuß erreichbar (z.B. Supermarkt, Busstation). Die Wohnung von Silvia ist sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Florenz braucht. Silvia reagiert sehr rasch auf unsere vielen Fragen und ist wirklich sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm und leicht wie möglich zu gestalten. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht direkt im Zentrum sonder ein klein wenig außerhalb wohnen möchte.

Io la mia compagna e i nostri due cani abbiamo pernottato solo due giorni dal 31 dicembre al 2 gennaio nell "Appartamento verde"; L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito sotto ogni punto di vista ( cucina, bagno e camera) gli spazi ci sono tranquillamente per trascorrerci una lunga vacanza. Siamo della zona di firenze, e ritrovarsi in mezzo a tutto quel verde vicinissimi al centro e a tutti i servizi non ci sembrava vero. Tutto l'agriturismo é curatissimo e si può godere in relax il soggiorno, essendo molto tranquillo. Purtroppo soggiornando in inverno non abbiamo potuto godere della piscina esterna molto grande, ma si vede che é ben tenuta. Sicuramente ci torneremo per staccare dalla routine verso la stagione piu calda. Straconsigliato per chi vuole visitare firenze e dintorni e trascorrere una lunga vacanza.

The apartment is in the best location! You can easily walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a small grocery store next door and so many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is very clean and check-in was very smooth. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 6 people. Be advised one of the bedrooms has a loft which requires climbing up a ladder which was fine for us adults. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely rent this AirBnb again if we ever return to Florence.

Just WOW! When we arrived, we could not believe how beautiful the place was. The photos listed, honestly, do not do it justice. It had a casual elegant sense of style. Every pillow, every dish and cup, every linen looked like they were carefully selected by a design star. Nothing was fancy, but just simple natural old-world beauty. The garden welcomed us to sit and enjoy a drink. The carpet of wildflowers, fresh rosemary, sage, lavender were all home to bees and dozens of birds circled the lawns in the early morning and at sunset. We felt like every moment was a set of a Hallmark movie. The surrounding villages were the same. Idealic and gorgeous. Locals were our friends by the time we left. Lisa left many ideas with easy to follow directions for local producers of honey, cheese, wine, pastries etc. It was hard to leave. We only find peace knowing we will return. Lisa was excellent with quick communication and friendly banter. This was the best vacation we have ever taken.

A great peaceful location with excellent pool area and gardens, but also well placed to visit Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. A car is necessary and it is easy to get around the Tuscan hills from here. Giorgia greeted us on arrival and responded very quickly to our questions during the week. Bug spray is essential. All in all we had a wonderful holiday.

Fabulous spacious apartment, highly recommend! About 35 min walk into the city centre, but we didn’t mind this. Communication was great, very clean. Could happily have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was such a perfect location. It was very central, but so quiet and extremely peaceful! The space was beautiful and everything was as described. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating! We would love to stay again when we visit Florence!
