Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Prato

We travel a lot with b.n.b apartments and this is the most beautiful apartment we have been in of all the dozens of apartments! Magical apartment! Inside an ancient Tuscan house the apartment is new and renovated. Modern. Brilliant with cleanliness. Very spacious. Everything is beautiful in the apartment, and you feel that the hosts have thought about every little detail: the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can imagine. The bathroom is beautifully p****d off. Everything is meticulous down to the smallest detail. Big fluffy towels. Really pampering and comfortable beds! We came with a baby and got a special bed for the baby and even toys for him. The apartment was brilliant and spotless. And her design is very meticulous. Very aesthetic. The hosts are wonderful. Answer any questions quickly. We look forward to coming back!

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Very clean accommodation. Very well located for visiting Prato, but also for going to Florence (the train station is 5 minutes away then 20 to 30 minutes). Accommodation in a quiet area. With pizzeria and restaurants around, as well as all the other useful shops (butcher, supermarket, pharmacy...) We stayed 5 nights as a couple with our 2 children.... The stay went perfectly.

Great stay at Prato !! Marco was a great host !! He provided great communication prior to our arrival, greeted us upon our arrival, and even helped with the luggage. The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was close to shops and restaurants. The 10 minute walk to the train station made site seeing much easier!! Highly recommend !! Grazie Marco !!

Beautiful house just a few steps from the historic center of Prato just cross the beautiful bridge. Very close to the main station. Spacious and stylish home.

Riccardo was super nice and responsive, the place was perfectly located if you like a driving trip and visit Chianti with wineries hopping. The little house is pretty, clean with all the things you need and lots of spaces to walk around outside, I wish I have more time to enjoy the house , highly recommend.

We were in the apartment for a full month. Sorry about our home very quickly. It is perfectly equipped. I highlight the kitchen and all its utensils. The radiator heating works very well, even on cold days; along with the double glass, it maintains a very comfortable atmosphere inside the apartment. The door is armored, which makes you feel very secure. The location is a few minutes walk from the historic center. The Plaza Libertad area seemed very quiet and less noisy to accommodate us. Very convenient access from the airport or train station, thanks to the proximity to the tram (just 50 meters away). Marco's communication and kindness were unbeatable. Without a doubt it will be our accommodation in Firenze the next time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you!

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. Lorenzo is a very nice guy, extremely helpful. First we were able to enjoy his culinary self-made welcome greetings, great! A great help was the self-made tourist guide with his personal. Tips on the highlights nearby but also from surrounding regions. On a comb, in a beautiful property, lies the pretty small villa, which only looks small externally due to its dreamy location on the slope. Inside, it is very spacious with high ceilings and flooded with light through the large glass surfaces. Lots of greenery all around (currently with wonderful color play and scent from the blue greenery). Premium is the view from the terrace - but I look out from the gate into the northwest. Valley in love. The 10 steps are a must have at sunset. Whether sea, Florence or San Gimignano - nothing further than an hour drive. If you are looking for peace away from the tourists, San Miniato is highly recommended. Definitely book! Mille Grazie Lorenzo

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Carolina provided my family and I an incredible escape in the hills of Tuscany during our stay. Everything was well-provided, as listed, and the location also provided us the opportunity to get around more easily within the area. Thank you for making my Mother’s retirement trip so memorable, would love to come back here again in the near future!

My partner and I spent 5 days in Simone's house, the house was very well equipped, clean and in good condition. We arrived by car and were able to use the parking space of the house. The house is a little set back from the center of Florence but the tram and nearby buses make it easy to get around wherever you want. We didn't need our car from the stay. The nights are quiet and relaxing and the sunny morning garden allows you to enjoy a sunny breakfast. Thanks to Simone who was an exemplary host of hospitality and sympathy.

New, beautiful and very clean accommodation, well supplied and easy to find. Great self check-in, but the host welcomed me in person: always very helpful and responsive. Do not doubt the high quality of the service... free street parking is not always easy to find at certain times of the year (long weekends, holidays). Residential/working-class neighborhood: all in all good, I felt safe even returning after dinner on foot with family.

It was just as listed. Perfect location to train and town center. Beautiful new interior and all the amenities you need. Felt very at home and can’t wait to book again. Prato is the perfect spot between larger cities to relax but still close enough to everything you need. Host (s) were extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Perfect trip !!
