Really nice and welcoming host, we had a very good time and everything was as described , the only thing missing was toilet paper, but beyond that everything was perfect. 👌

We loved staying here and Giada & her family were wonderful hosts. The balcony was the perfect place to relax and it was a short walk to the village for dinner. Pool was lovely too. Thank you! X

Beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort! Three apartments with independent entrances in a spectacular place with breathtaking views nestled in a very nice garden. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Newly remade pool, not very large but very nice and collected to share with the people you go on vacation with. Especially suitable for large groups of friends/family to enjoy a dreamy relaxation.

Our second visit after 5 years and everything is as delightful as our first visit.

I loved the house! It was so beautiful, cozy and clean. I will definitely book it next time I am in Montespertoli. Fiammetta and Leonardo were very sweet!

Excellent location. Hosts were amazing, very responsive to all queries. Only thing to improve would be a comfier bed - we found the mattress was a bit springy. Also there was a lot of mould on the tiles in the shower. Overall great stay and we were able to leave our luggage after check out, and also were allowed to check in earlier. Would recommend!

We loved our escape in the mountains. Sauna & pool was a real treat. We loved the fireplace in the house as it heats the whole house. Easy to drive to nearest shop if need anything. Mario has a great restaurant as well. We will be back

We had a wonderful time at Alessandro’s place. It was the perfect location for a five night holiday, close to a supermarket, many Tuscan towns, and wineries! We found ourselves dining at Alessandro’s restaurant daily too, super delicious meals and drinks.

Daniele was always helpful and lived close by therefore very responsive. Such a beautiful place to stay with the most beautiful view. As it is high up, I would definitely recommend hiring a small car - Narrow and spiralling roads. Lots of wine tasting! Close by for venturing out to Florence and Sienna.

We had a pleasant stay. Andrea sent us a lot of local recommendations and was always responsive to our questions. We highly recommend it and plan to be back!

Carmine's place is just wonderful. The views are stunning and the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful. The house is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We were there in the beginning of March and it was a bit chilly the first day but Carmine had the fire going for us when we arrived which helped a lot. Overall we really loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Tuscany.

Thanks to the good description, we found the accommodation easily. The way there is really something special, but worth the "effort". The location is a dream and the house in the age and condition something very special. They also tried not to break the ambiance with modern stuff. Great. The landlords are very nice and helpful. I can only recommend it!

Staying in the house was very good and Romanella is the perfect host. She is very attentive and extremely friendly. The house is secluded, which is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet. The house offers great views and a very nice outdoor area, lots of nature all around. It is perfectly located. From here you can reach all the important places of the provinces of Pisa and Firenze as well as the Chianti area within 60 minutes.

Great communication, clean and spacious apartment. Wish the kitchen was a bit more equipped (cleaning products, napkins, cooking basics), however our experience was great overall and would definitely recommend!

My partner and our two dogs only stayed two days from December 31 to January 2 in the "Green Apartment"; The apartment was very clean and well-stocked from every point of view ( kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) the spaces are quietly there for a long vacation. We are from the Florence area, and finding ourselves in the middle of all that greenery very close to the center and all the services did not seem true. The entire farm is very well cared for and you can enjoy the stay in relaxation, being very quiet. Unfortunately, staying in winter we could not enjoy the very large outdoor pool, but you can see that it is well maintained. We'll definitely be back to get away from the routine towards the hottest season. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Florence and its surroundings and spend a long vacation.

The apartment is in the best location! You can easily walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a small grocery store next door and so many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is very clean and check-in was very smooth. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 6 people. Be advised one of the bedrooms has a loft which requires climbing up a ladder which was fine for us adults. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely rent this AirBnb again if we ever return to Florence.

A great peaceful location with excellent pool area and gardens, but also well placed to visit Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. A car is necessary and it is easy to get around the Tuscan hills from here. Giorgia greeted us on arrival and responded very quickly to our questions during the week. Bug spray is essential. All in all we had a wonderful holiday.

Sara was very friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations on places to eat. Flexible to leave your luggage if you reach before check in time and after check out. Sara’s place is very clean, newly renovated and near supermarket Lidl.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was such a perfect location. It was very central, but so quiet and extremely peaceful! The space was beautiful and everything was as described. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating! We would love to stay again when we visit Florence!

Unfortunately, we were only on site for four nights. Everything was as described. Simply fantastic. Violetta was super friendly and you felt very well taken care of. She is very caring. Everything was clean, tidy and sufficiently available. Violetta has good tips on parking in Florence, eating or shopping in the surrounding area. I'm sure we'll be back. Tanja and Giacomo Italiano

Emiliano was an amazing host. From start to finish he was helpful, friendly and professional. The house was filled with entertainment for all of us. Whenever we needed help or had questions, he and his team were there for us and made us feel like family. We will miss you all. 100% recommendation worthy!!!
