Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Relax among the olive trees

Quiet, bright, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view, our cottage is completely new! Built with green building criteria, it is located on a hill, 500m above sea level and a 15-minute drive from Pistoia. On foot from the cottage you can also reach a beautiful public swimming pool and the station. The village of Castagno can also be reached by train! Upon arrival, you will find everything you need for an Italian breakfast and products from our farm. You can use the washing machine and Netflix TV

Il Nido, a romantic house with a garden

The Nido is a small house in the medieval castle of Lanciole, built during the 1300s. It was used to dry chestnuts and then produce flour. Today, it offers a full kitchen at the entrance, a double bed with a wardrobe and a view of the garden and the historic centre on the first floor, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, sink, toilet and bidet on the lower floor. From this floor, you can access the garden, with a splendid view of the mountains and the medieval village. Free parking 50 metres away
