We loved our stay at Samuele’s apartment. Central location with shops cafes and restaurants all within a short walking distance. The apartment was exactly as shown on the listing. The patio was a nice bonus as we enjoyed a few lunches of local meats and cheeses in the sunshine. Also less than a 10 minute walk to Montecatini Centro station. Would definitely stay again if we return to this pretty city.

Excellent apartment! Extremely spacious and comfortable, very well equipped and certainly the best location in the city! For those who want to feel like a native of Porretta Terme, this is the best choice! In addition, Juliet's concern and dedication to offering a good welcome to guests is evident. Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything that overlooks the slopes , the woods and a stream. The ideal for a relaxing but also active vacation, given the possibility of walks and trekking nearby. Great pizzeria/restaurant a few steps away. Communication with Luca was always fast and efficient, with tips on things to do and see. I'll be back very gladly. Highly recommended!

Stefano's attic was a pleasant discovery, very comfortable for the ski lifts, welcoming, warm and clean. The photos match the house perfectly, the living area spaces are spacious and very livable.

A wonderful place to stay in a great location with stunning views! The beds are super cozy, and the small mountain village ensures perfect relaxation. We had a wonderful time at Manila's home in Pescia. She was such an excellent host, providing a welcome gift for each one of our kids! The house was warm when we arrived, and had lots of toys for our children. It's close enough to drive to Firenze, Pisa and other regional attractions of Tuscany, yet the village is quiet and relaxing to return to after a long day. Thanks Manila for being so welcoming!

The apartment is right in the center of Pistoia and is super cared for in every detail. Very comfortable beds, spacious and functional kitchen, very kind host: he gave us all the necessary directions in time and welcomed us into the house with small attentions (chocolates, folded towels in the shape of an elephant, a bottle of fresh water) very appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay with Antonella, a beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings. our dogs loved the gardens! We tasted some of their delicious olive oil which was a lovely bonus. Antonella and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home.

The house is in a small village of few houses. Divided on three floors, with a lovely terrace where we made aperitifs, wooden stairs and rustic parquet on the ground. Inside it was really equipped with everything you need, including towels, bed and kitchen. We also took advantage of the presence of a smart TV that we connected to our phones using the Vodafone network, which takes a great time there, including 5g. There were only two of us, so we used the bedroom on the middle floor as a walk-in closet, super comfortable!

The owner Francesco is a very kind, helpful and reliable person. Her home is a real experience in quiet nature but within walking distance of the country's useful activities. He was thoughtful of the child and our little dogs. Highly recommended

If you’re headed to Abetone for a ski vacation, Giulias Nest is absolute perfection! You’re right around the corner from ski lifts and rental shops, close to restaurants and nearby hiking trails. The condo was perfect for our 3 day stay with our two dogs. Giulia was very responsive and always messaged quickly. The shower was a bit weird and we never quite mastered how to take a shower without getting the rest of the bathroom wet but the water got nice and hot after a few minutes! The only thing to consider is if you will need WiFi, there is only a phone hotspot, which was enough for us to check the ski report and local menus but not to stream or work. It was fine for our trip, but I wish I would’ve known (just wouldn’t have brought my laptop along). I would absolutely recommend Giulias cabin and would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location was magnificent, very close to the central square, and very cozy. The friendly owners are always full of good advice on how to navigate the area, which for us who stayed there during Lucca Comics was vital. They also allowed us to add an extra person at the last minute, demonstrating their absolute availability. Regarding the spaces in the house, we did not have the slightest problem, also having a very spacious closet and closet for all our needs in the 4 days we stayed there. All in all, therefore, a great experience for both me and the guys who were with me.

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

Vincenzo and Dilias apartment complex is secluded and invites you to relax. The view is beautiful. Arriving by car is exciting the first time, but you get used to it. The location is perfect to explore prato, Pistoia and Florence. Everything is clean and tidy. The two hosts are very warm and hospitable. We recommend the accommodation

Pescia Tuscany is a nice pleasant city with an openness of the locals. You can really taste the authentic Italian atmosphere here. Michela is a very friendly and nice host, helpful in referring to good restaurants and attractions. The cottage is fully equipped and it is wonderfully clean. The garden is lovingly cared for and the swimming pool provides the necessary cooling. This is really recommended for a quiet area and the center in walking distance. Sensational!!!!! A comfortable, welcoming stay with everything you need to enjoy your vacation and well located to visit the different sights. The apartment was very nice and we especially enjoyed the huge terrace. Giulia provided everything we asked for in the apartment, such as salt, soap or other daily necessicities. Although it’s a public pool, it was very quiet and not too many people. The area is calm and nice and very good to relax. We saw many wild animals such as deer in the area.

We had an amazing stay with Anna, the space was incredibly clean, large and had all the necessities (shampoo, salt, sugar and a special welcome treat etc). She was very quick to respond to messages and even referred some great restaurants to us. The pool was an added bonus for our children which was cleaned often by the host. The home is walking distance to downtown Quarrata with restaurants and shops. Anna and her family live above and they were very friendly and kind but gave you your privacy. We also enjoyed visits from Ziggy, their jack russell terrier who was very friendly. Overall it was one of the best spots we stayed in our trip and we would definitely stay again!

Great villa and gorgeous surroundings

We really enjoyed our 4 days stay at La Cantina - Olive Grove. The space is recently renovated and decorated with passion. The apartment is very spacious and is fully equipped to have home cooked meal or even BBQ in the garden. The grocery store near by has everything needed. The owners are super friendly and helpful and we have felt warmly welcomed in their beautiful space. Don’t forget your mosquitos spray to enjoy the private loggia! And spending time in the jacuzzi is a must. You will need a car to get access to the activities and restaurants in the area, there are many options available. We highly recommend this apartment.
