Great Tuscany spot! Patricia and Ricardo are the great host. You really feel that you have someone who is taking care of you. The place are is bigger then in the foto . We stayed in the apt during our daughter’s tournament, so it’s a little bit different when you just having a vacation, but for our group the place was perfect! Whenever we are back to Pustoa we will try to book this place. Thank you ! Really great time !

The apartment was excellent—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very hospitable and responded quickly to all our messages. They also provided many great recommendations that made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place!

Hemos estado 6 noches en casa de Cesare y todo ha ido muy bien. La descripción y las fotos describen perfectamente el apartamento. Es muy amplio, luminoso, muy limpio y bien equipado. Perfecto para pasar unos días con la familia (nosotros éramos 4, matrimonio y 2 hijos ya mayorcitos). Además Cesare es un gran anfitrión! Nos esperaba donde quedamos, estuvo pendiente de nuestras preguntas, nos aconsejó donde comer, qué visitar y hasta nos hizo un par de reservas. Recomendamos 100% el apartamento y la bella Toscana! Gracias por todo, Cesare y familia!

The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. It was great value for money. The host was very clear with check in and check out instructions and it was very easy to locate. We stayed here without a car and we were still able to get to Pisa and Florence for day trips using the local public transport. The place was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed after travelling for a while. It was a very peaceful place to stay and we enjoyed our time! There was a little delay in communication with the host during our stay, but outside of this one instance it was very easy communication. We would definitely stay again :)

The apartment was beautiful, clean, furnished well and had everything included to ensure a very comfortable stay. Great location close to restaurants, shops, parks and train station. We loved spending our holiday there, thank you Edoardo and Roberta.

Alors, par où commencer... Premièrement, service magnifique et l’hôte était très chaleureux! Mon copain et moi parlions seulement anglais et français, tandis que Giacomo parlait italien, sauf que cela ne nous a aucunement empêché d’avoir un coup de cœur pour lui! Communication très facile via une application de traduction. Aussi, les photos correspondent beaucoup au logement et on se trouvait très chanceux de l’avoir découvert. Très beau, propre, chaleureux et quand même assez grand. Rapport qualité-prix, ça dépasse nos attentes et l’hôte ne charge pas cher comparé aux services offerts dans le studio! Malgré plusieurs péripéties en lien avec le transport, Giacomo a été très ouvert à nous aider. Notre seule déception est le peu de temps que nous avons passé là, on aurait souhaité visiter davantage les alentours. C’est un signe d’y retourner la prochaine fois qu’on visite la place! Merci beaucoup pour l’excellente expérience et nous recommandons à 100%! :))

During our staying Simona and Jacopo were very proactive, friendly with us. Always asking with we need stuff for the house. They also were very flexibe with our check out. We felt like home with them. Thanks a lot for everything! Best Regards, Suelen

We had a lovely stay at Uzzano. A quaint little village with beautiful views. Bathrooms were very clean and good size. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a good value and in non touristy area but close to many places to visit.

Our stay with two small boys at Manila place could not be better! Kids room was full of games and toys - our boys did not want to go outside 😂 Place was also very convenient for all our trips - we took car to get to station (or walk for 20 min) and then train to Piza, Lukka, Cinque Terre and Firenze. I was amazed by the big size of the apartment and very comfortable beds. There were also a lot of towels for all of us. Everything was super clean. Kitchen was full of stuff for cooking and making coffee. Bathroom as well. Everything just ready to stay. Manila is super nice and friendly person. Very responsive and helpful. We could not imagine better stay and we will for sure promote this apartment! Thank you Manila!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The hosts downstairs were incredibly welcoming and even treated us to a delicious homemade cake. The house was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and all safety features in place. Having a large supermarket nearby and easy access to the highway made our stay even more convenient. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay with Antonella, a beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings. our dogs loved the gardens! We tasted some of their delicious olive oil which was a lovely bonus. Antonella and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home.

Merci à Francesco pour son accueil, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très belle vue au réveil, très calme et nous avons super bien dormis ! Encore merci et à bientôt. 🙂

Dal 30/04/2025 al 04/05/2025. Siamo stati accolti dai genitori del Sig. Soriano. Si sono adoperati per farci sentire sin da subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo trovato in loro molta disponibilità, cortesia ed attenzione affinché la nostra vacanza potesse risultare piacevole e confortevole. La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione e le foto dell'annuncio; ottima pulizia, molto ordinata, ampia e con tutti i servizi necessari per un pratico e comodo soggiorno. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere le principali mete turistiche quali Firenze Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano (quelle da noi visitate) e molte altre. Soluzione consigliata sia per brevi che per vacanze più lunghe.

Tres bon accueil malgré notre arrivée tardive, tres sympathiques. Logement fonctionnel. Nous recommandons vivement.

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana molto piacevole in questa struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato con 3 bambini e Flavia si è resa subito disponibile a venire incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze. La casa è molto spaziosa, ben accessoriata e dotata di tutti i comfort. È circondata da un bellissimo giardino, dotato di barbecue, lettini, divanetti, tavoli e sedie. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida serata di relax tra barbecue e ulivi mentre i nostri bambini si divertivano. È il luogo ideale per chi ama gli spazi aperti senza rinunciare alla comodità dei servizi che la struttura offre.

Lieu magnifique, fidèle aux photos, découvert au petit matin après qu'Alessandro nous ait accueillis avec le sourire au milieu de la nuit à la suite de problèmes sur la route. Le domaine est superbe, au cœur de la nature, accolé à un terrain de golf. Un peu plus loin des lieux de visite (petites routes), mais c'est la contrepartie au cadre idyllique. Les espaces extérieurs sont nombreux et agréables. La piscine est calme, grande, bien entretenue, peu chlorée et entourée d'arbres pour avoir un peu d'ombre. L'appartement est grand et typique, un peu sombre mais cela permet de garder de la fraîcheur (merci la climatisation ! ) La possibilité de petit-déjeuner au Golf à ~15 minutes (agréable a pied) ou 10 minutes de voiture (bien plus pratique avec pousette) dépanne bien (type italien, tarif correct et cadre tout aussi calme et idyllique) Il est également très agréable d'avoir à dispositions les condiments. Nombreux moustiques malgré les moustiquaires (fenêtres, lit)

The apartment was very nice and we especially enjoyed the huge terrace. Giulia provided everything we asked for in the apartment, such as salt, soap or other daily necessicities. Although it’s a public pool, it was very quiet and not too many people. The area is calm and nice and very good to relax. We saw many wild animals such as deer in the area.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie war top! Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und freundlich – wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch ihren süßen Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist schnell in der nächstgrößeren Stadt, aber auch genauso schnell in den Bergen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und perfekt für Spaziergänge direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Außerdem hat uns Anna-Maria ein paar nette Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing stay with Anna, the space was incredibly clean, large and had all the necessities (shampoo, salt, sugar and a special welcome treat etc). She was very quick to respond to messages and even referred some great restaurants to us. The pool was an added bonus for our children which was cleaned often by the host. The home is walking distance to downtown Quarrata with restaurants and shops. Anna and her family live above and they were very friendly and kind but gave you your privacy. We also enjoyed visits from Ziggy, their jack russell terrier who was very friendly. Overall it was one of the best spots we stayed in our trip and we would definitely stay again!

Wir haben unseren ersten Familienurlaub mit unserem 5 Monate alten Sohn bei Maria Pia verbracht und es war einfach traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Tisch bereits eingedeckt, sogar an unseren Sohn wurde gedacht. Das Grundstück mit dem Garten und dem Pool ist wunderschön und idyllisch gelegen - schöner geht es kaum. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder unseren Urlaub dort geplant und freuen uns schon sehr!

Bellissima casa corrispondente alle foto : arredata benissimo e pulitissima. Benedetta risponde subito ed è un host perfetto : fornisce tutte le info anche per i luoghi intorno dove mangiare e fare colazione . Peccato non aver soggiornato quando la piscina è aperta , ma spero di tornare 💜

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
