Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Pistoia

A great place and great hosts!

It is a great place. Well worth the money. Big house, enough for everyone

We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful 12 days in Monsummano. The house is ideally located for exploring Tuscany. The location is just great! Good restaurants, ice cream parlors and cafes can be reached on foot. We highly recommend the place and communication with Daniele was great!! Thanks for a great stay! 👌😀👍

We were there for a week with friends and it was awesome! The accommodation is secluded, super quiet, perfect for switching off. Everything was really cozy and beautifully decorated, you immediately felt comfortable. The furnishings were also great, nothing was really missing. We had a really cool time and would definitely come back. Clear recommendation!

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

We arrived at Sonia’s place late evening where Sonia and her husband met us on arrival. She explained everything to us and had left a tray of fresh vegetables, fruit and bread which was a lovely. The house and garden was beautiful, along with a lovely swimming pool which was rather chilly but we still swam in it and found it very refreshing! It was peaceful and private, the house was immaculate and Sonia was very approachable and easy to get hold of. I would highly recommend this place to stay at, we loved it. One day we may be back, who knows!

great location to explore the Tuscan countryside

The apartment was very nice and we especially enjoyed the huge terrace. Giulia provided everything we asked for in the apartment, such as salt, soap or other daily necessicities. Although it’s a public pool, it was very quiet and not too many people. The area is calm and nice and very good to relax. We saw many wild animals such as deer in the area.

Our stay with Anna-Maria and her family was great! The whole family is warm and friendly – we felt welcome from the first minute. We also especially loved her sweet dog. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean and you have everything you need. Everything you need is there, and you feel right at home. The location is ideal – you are quickly in the next largest city, but also just as quickly in the mountains. The surroundings are fantastic and perfect for walks right behind the house. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect to relax after a day in nature. In addition, Anna-Maria gave us a few nice tips for excursions in the area, which were very helpful. We can only warmly recommend staying with Anna-Maria and her family and will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing stay with Anna, the space was incredibly clean, large and had all the necessities (shampoo, salt, sugar and a special welcome treat etc). She was very quick to respond to messages and even referred some great restaurants to us. The pool was an added bonus for our children which was cleaned often by the host. The home is walking distance to downtown Quarrata with restaurants and shops. Anna and her family live above and they were very friendly and kind but gave you your privacy. We also enjoyed visits from Ziggy, their jack russell terrier who was very friendly. Overall it was one of the best spots we stayed in our trip and we would definitely stay again!

It was a brief stay for just one night at the end of our Tuscany trip, but we had an enjoyable time in the spacious modern apartment.

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)

We enjoyed our stay with Gianluca and Vanessa very much. The drive to the AirBnb was a bit adventurous the first time, but after that it was absolutely no problem. The accommodation was clean and the view from the private terrace was a dream. It was very quiet and so we were able to relax very well. The communal pool was also a highlight. This was cleaned every morning by Gianluca. The connection to cities such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence is good and these can be reached quickly. Communication with Gianluca and Vanessa was great. The two are very likeable hosts. We would mist definitely visit again.

we went as a group of 4 families (15 of us in total but all from the same family) and there was plenty of space, the host was superb (really helpful and very keen to ensure the property was well maintained throughout our stay). we had the most relaxing and peaceful week. the property is ideally located between Pisa and Florence and the local town is brilliant with lovely bars and restaurants

We were very happy with this place. It's a large house with two additinal annexes, meaning that guessts have their own privacy. The villa, as expected, has a very rustic feel so don't expect too many modern day comforts. There were no problems with hot water nor electricity, towel were provided. The gardens are huge with many places to sit and eat. Pool was clean and well maintained, offering quite a lot of privacy.

Simone, the host was very welcoming before and on arrival. The house and surroundings are stunning. If you are looking for quiet and beauty this is the place. Florence just an hour away, Vinci 20 minutes. Most definitely be booking again.

Nicoletta greeted us at check in and gave us a tour of the property. She was always responsive and timely. The listing quite frankly undersold the size, space, and beauty of the entire package. The house kept its historical charm while offering the modern amenities including large updated bathrooms, pool, gardens, lounging areas, and a full kitchen. Staying here was truly and escape to the country side where the private pool overlooked an amazing and secluded view of the area. This house is ideal for those seeking an authentic Italian villa. It was really an amazing experience.

Absolutely wonderful! Easy communication with the host. The outside area is amazing at night. The pool is perfect for both kids and adults. Small villages are only a short drive away. We were thankful we rented a car with 4WD, as the dirt road leading up to the house was rather steep :) 10/10, would recommend!
