Very nice and welcoming hosts! The apartment was clean, has everything you need for your stay, the terrace and the view are amazing! Definitely worth it and for sure we are coming back!

Our hosts were super friendly, accurate, and helpful. The apartment, very clean, has a comfortable and well-stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom and bedroom, bathroom and bedroom. Great location; beautiful breakfasts on the terrace, with sea and harbor view!

The apartment was clean and situated in a great location within convenient walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and approx. a 10 minute walk to the railway station. Antonello was easily contactable and very helpful if we needed to ask anything.

We spent a wonderful week at Sara's place. She is a truly impeccable host: very kind, perfect communication, helpful, professional. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing (and super clean) with the sea and city centre very close. He provided us with a high chair, a bath tub, and a camping cot for our baby (great not to have to bring them in the car!). We also really appreciated the bath products found on our arrival (both for us and for the child) and also a beach bag! We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for everything!

Super friendly host, clean apartment, doesn't have some important things in the kitchen. The residence has 12 super neighboring apartments. You have to be lucky to find quiet neighbors. The residence is located at the end of the waterfront, if you want more entertainment and activities on the beach it is convenient to go more to the aquarium of Cattolica. Anyway, in the We had a good time and the hotel staff was really friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! The owners have had these units in their family for generations and did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. They were always accessible and extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and private. Ours had two balconies and a view of the sea. The location is perfect, basically just a block from the seashore. Restaurants and shopping were within close walking distance. Laundry was available on the main floor. Bicycles were available for free to tour the city. We were made to feel like family the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend this, and would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Stayed in one of his apartments for 3 nights. Very kind in answering all my questions and always available. Clean apartment, very comfortable for everything (beach, pedestrian area and supermarket) and with everything you need. I would highly recommend it!
