Beachfront holiday rental in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

So friendly and nice, quite fantastic. The tips for the restaurants in San Merano and Urbino were also great. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation. The proximity to the sea and the air conditioning are an unbeatable combination! Because it is mentioned in other reviews, our assessment of the city center: The way to the city center is good and easily doable in 10-15 minutes. Food, strolling, museums - all within walking distance.

Lovely apartment and lovely host!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

The house is clean and spacious. We had a very good time, the owner of the house was very kind and helpful with us. I had the pleasure of meeting Michela, who in addition to having cleaned the house also took me to the supermarket to do the shopping, we forgot the battery charger and she sent it to our home. Highly recommended ✨

Friendly welcome, attention to detail was not missing anything you usually need. This makes you feel at home if you add the electric towel warmer in the bathroom makes you understand the attention to the guest, a small garden in front of the house and in the morning just awake to see the priceless sea. First floor apartment,with parking space. It has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms . Well-maintained and newly renovated spaces. Anusca was very kind and very helpful. The area is quiet,but a 5-minute walk to the sea and clubs . We had a great time.

Sara's house is really nice, upon our arrival it was super clean and perfectly tidy, with everything you need. The terrace is wonderful, comfortable to relax a little outdoors with sea view (which is literally a short walk below the house). The hosts were very kind and very helpful for both check-in and check-out, and they also gave us information about the surroundings. The area is very quiet, far from the center (which can be reached in a few minutes by car), and immediately on the sea, so perfect for us who wanted to spend a couple of days on the beach in total relaxation. Definitely recommended, we'll be back!

Stayed in one of his apartments for 3 nights. Very kind in answering all my questions and always available. Clean apartment, very comfortable for everything (beach, pedestrian area and supermarket) and with everything you need. I would highly recommend it!

From booking to departure everything was perfect. A great and super equipped house, the view, the location and the pool are some of the highlights. Amazing view from the balcony; its location is the main attraction of this place. You are on the beachfront and also close to restaurants and bars. The staff is also very nice and friendly. The room was all completely new.

Villa Wilma is a beautiful place with a really great sea view. The recently renovated apartment is very cozy and is complete with all services, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The sea is right in front, only separated by the railway on which numerous trains pass (even at night). You have to be ready for their passage, sometimes a little noisy. It didn't bother me personally. The access by car to the "backyard" is not suitable for all cars (due to the width of the passage). I've only been there once with great difficulty. I then preferred to leave the car on the street about 150 meters from the house. Marino is a very friendly host who is friendly and always available! Experience I recommend.

Marco is a very helpful and very kind host. Apartment exactly as pictured: small but functional and very clean. Great location facing the sea. The apartment is warm but as soon as I asked for a fan, Marco was immediately ready to answer me and find it in front of the apartment door. Also the outdoor area is very spacious and pleasant and you can easily find parking, even for no fee. Really nice stay!

The stay was pleasant, the house is in a building 10 minutes from the beach close to shops, amenities and in a very quiet and distinct context. Paola was kind, helpful and friendly. Everything is as described, thank you for your welcome and pleasant stay!

We came back for the second year in a row with my wife and our 2-year-old. For us it is an ideal solution as the apartment is equipped with everything you need, located in a quiet residential area and close to the beach. Laura is always available if needed.

Great availability, proximity to the sea and Fano

I didn't meet Silvia in person but she was very kind and helpful. The apartment is as described, there is everything you need, also a washing machine and dishwasher, we had a great time, very close to the sea with a bathing establishment right in front.

Perfect place to stay, brand new, comfortable, central location, great choice!
