Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Parma

Maria Teresa was a perfect hostess. Not only did she make us feel at home in her beautiful court, providing us with everything we needed and much more, but she also told us the story of her wonderful family who lived in that house during many important moments in Italian history during World War II. She pampered us with her delicious cakes and made us travel with our memories in her territory and even overseas, with stories that we will carry in our hearts with so much affection. We hope to meet her again, because people like her are a real treasure!

Matteo's accommodation is a beautiful house with a strategic location to visit many places in the surroundings, perfect for hiking lovers and for those who love routes with a gravel bike. The house is a lady's house, with everything you need to feel good in both winter and summer. Matteo left us wood ready to use for the fireplace, the real gem of the house, which if you come from the city is a real treat. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a dishwasher, lots of utensils and a large fridge, as well as very good drinking water. Very large room with fireplace and large table even for multiple people, comfortable and spacious sofa. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a well-organized and very spacious bathroom. We stayed here for New Year's Eve but surely in summer you can enjoy the outdoors, which offers shaded and green areas all around. Maps of the area with CAI routes are available in the house, highly recommended host, we will certainly return to walk in the summer on the lakes.

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than in the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. We also got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back!

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are several supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point for visiting the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

Giovanni & Danielle's stone houses are simply fantastic! They are located on a hill in a really beautiful nature reserve in absolute tranquility. The view is amazing and the hiking trails that start right from home are one more beautiful than the other. The cottage is very nice and tastefully furnished and has everything you need. It is incredibly cozy and so lovingly renovated, it's a pleasure! And then there are Elena, Dario and their son Pietro who make the stay perfect with their friendly manner. Thank you! Spent 3 nights at La Torre with a group of 6 friends. On the check in and check out days, the hosts were very helpful in getting our bags up and down the steep hill. On our first day we took public transport from the house to cinque terra. We didn’t have a car so it meant getting a taxi to the train station, was a little bit difficult to organise but the hosts helped out when there were no taxis available Our second day was spent e-mountain bike riding as the hosts run the bike hire shop. Rolling through the towns was stunning and would definitely recommend. issues: Without a car, you need to plan your travel ahead, make sure you have connecting taxis booked and enough groceries to cook meals. The electricity would trip when too many appliances were running Overall, I definitely recommend people stay at La Torre nel bosco, the location is stunningly beautiful and you can access cinque terra quite easily from there. The hosts are very supportive

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

House on two floors just renovated, everything brand new, very clean and in order. In a quiet and peaceful area. Parking space inside the very useful courtyard. Denis is a nice host, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

Pinuccia's apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy to locate and ample parking space. Really appreciated the breakfast staples and tart that were waiting for us on arrival! Pinuccia was very responsive in the lead up and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Close to all historic places of interest

I stayed at Simone's apartment and it was a very enjoyable time. I was in the area for a workshop and enjoyed the quietness of the area and the proximity to my home. Simone was on the street when I arrived and immediately showed me the features of the area and the accommodation. Probably having to return to the area, it will certainly be one of my options.

We returned for the second time to Nicola's house and confirmed all the good impressions of the first trip. The house is very comfortable and Nicola is a host with great organizational skills useful to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We will be back again

We enjoyed our stay in Piacenzza. Giovanna's apartment is just perfect!!! and very well located. A short stroll takes you in Centro Storico. If we travel to Piacenzzo again, we will certainly knock on Giovanna's again. Thank you very much!

A trip chosen almost to play with my girlfriend Oriana, three days of wonderful emotions and feelings to take home. Assunta and Ivan, with their Matilde (beautiful dog of extraordinary sweetness), transported us into a dream, from the warm welcome, to the small attentions. And if the details make a difference, and they do, there are a lot of details here, from the cleanliness of the place to the crazy breakfasts! A project, that of their B&B, of extraordinary beauty. From the entrance there are wonderful scents, from lavender to dry straw; the colors are earthy, natural, sincere, a bit like their smile. It was great to chat with them about anything. We recommend learning how much more you need to know about the place and the surroundings. There are wonderful stories in those valleys full of nature, and they're there within walking distance. This extraordinary place really deserves to be seen, but above all lived. Highly recommended!

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.
