Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

L'alloggio di Matteo è una splendida casa con una posizione strategica per visitare molti luoghi nei dintorni, perfetta per amanti del trekking e per chi ama i percorsi con una gravel. La casa è una signora casa, con tutto il necessario per stare bene sia d'inverno che d'estate. Matteo ci ha lasciato legna già pronta all'uso per il camino, la vera chicca della casa, che se vieni dalla città è una vera coccola. La cucina è attrezzatissima, c'è anche una lavastoviglie, tanti utensili e un frigo capiente, oltre all'acqua buonissima da bere. Sala molto ampia e con camino e tavolo grande anche per più persone, divano comodo e capiente. Al piano di sopra ci sono le due camere da letto e un bagno ben organizzato e molto ampio. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per Capodanno ma sicuramente d'estate si può godere del fuori, che offre zone all'ombra e verde tutto intorno. Disponibili in casa mappe della zona con i percorsi CAI, host consigliatissimo, torneremo di certo per camminare estive sui laghi.

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

Die Steinhäuser von Giovanni & Danielle sind einfach traumhaft! Sie liegen auf einem Hügel in einem wirklich wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet in absoluter Ruhe. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und die Wanderwege die direkt von Haus losgehen sind einer schöner als der Andere. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es ist unglaublich gemütlich und so liebevoll renoviert, es ist eine Freude! Und dann sind da noch Elena, Dario und ihr Sohn Pietro die den Aufenthalt mit ihrer freundlichen Art perfekt machen. Vielen vielen Dank! Größte Empfehlung!

Spent 3 nights at La Torre with a group of 6 friends. On the check in and check out days, the hosts were very helpful in getting our bags up and down the steep hill. On our first day we took public transport from the house to cinque terra. We didn’t have a car so it meant getting a taxi to the train station, was a little bit difficult to organise but the hosts helped out when there were no taxis available Our second day was spent e-mountain bike riding as the hosts run the bike hire shop. Rolling through the towns was stunning and would definitely recommend. issues: Without a car, you need to plan your travel ahead, make sure you have connecting taxis booked and enough groceries to cook meals. The electricity would trip when too many appliances were running Overall, I definitely recommend people stay at La Torre nel bosco, the location is stunningly beautiful and you can access cinque terra quite easily from there. The hosts are very supportive

Casa al tempo stesso rustica, elegante e confortevole. Nella casa non manca niente per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del confort e della comodità. Posizione e vista impagabili, ed i custodi sono affabili e disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente !

Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Raffaella’s place was in a perfect location in that it was a few blocks inside the city walls so you didn’t have to walk far with your luggage but definitely felt you were inside the old city. It was on the ground floor which meant that you didn’t have to carry your bags up but also that it was somewhat dark in the daytime. There was lots of interesting art on the walls . She was an immediately responding hostess. All I. All, a very good experience.

L’appartamento è molto carino, accogliente e curato. L’host è stata gentile e disponibile.

Rosella es excelente anfitriona, nos espero a nuestra llegada y nos indico lugares para hacer compras. El lugar es amplio, luminoso, limpio y en un entorno con área verde muy grande. La cocina es completísima como para hacer una larga estadía. Los baños son muy grandes y la habitación también. Era para quedarse más días disfrutando el parque pero debíamos marchar.

Casa su due piani appena ristrutturata, tutto nuovissimo, pulitissimo ed in ordine. In una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Posto auto all’interno del cortile utilissimo. Denis host simpatico, disposable e attento all’ospite. Consiglierei vivamente il soggiorno in questa casa.

Lovely place, exceptionally well equipped even thinking about things you might have forgotten (toothbrush, razor etc). Giovanna welcomed us personally and showed us around the apartment, she was very kind and friendly. Everything was spotless and we had a great time!

Le logement de Francesco est superbe. D une propreté irréprochable et avec une décoration très jolie. On se sent chez soi. La communication avec Francesco est fluide. Il donne de bons conseils et répond très vite aux sollicitations. Je recommande ce Air b n b sans problème. J ai été ravie de rencontrer Francesco. Je recommande à 100 %. Si je reviens à Parme je reviendrai chez Francesco.

Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour dans l'appartement. Il nous a semblé plus grand que ce que laissait penser les photos. Il est très tranquille. Le jardin est vraiment un plus, surtout par beau temps. Nous le conseillons.

Un viaggio scelto quasi per gioco con la mia ragazza Oriana, tre giorni di emozioni e sensazioni meravigliose da portarsi a casa. Assunta ed Ivan, con la loro Matilde (cagnolina stupenda e di straordinaria dolcezza), ci hanno trasportato in un sogno, dall'accoglienza calorosa, alle piccole attenzioni. E se i dettagli fanno la differenza, e la fanno eccome, qui di dettagli ve ne sono moltissimi, dalla pulizia del luogo, alle colazioni pazzesche! Un progetto, quello del loro B&B, di una straordinaria bellezza. Fin dall'entrata si susseguono profumi meravigliosi, dalla lavanda alla paglia secca; i colori sono terrosi, naturali, sinceri, un po' come il loro sorriso. È stato stupendo chiacchierare con loro di qualsiasi cosa. Vi consigliamo di apprendere quanto più c'è da sapere sul posto e sui dintorni. Ci sono storie meravigliose in quelle valli colme di natura, e sono lì a pochi passi. Questo posto straordinario merita davvero di essere visto, ma soprattutto vissuto. Consigliatissimo!

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.
