L'appartamento si trova al piano primo di un prestigioso condominio di Modena, a due passi dal centro storico, 5 minuti a piedi al teatro Storchi. L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.

In the first room there's the kitchen, while the rest of the apartment is an open space with "bedroom" and "living room" (with a sofa-bed) divided by a huge wardrobe. Living room is completed by a balcony with table and chairs. Washing machine; Air conditioning; Fiber WiFi. Near best RESTAURANTS and PLACES OF INTEREST. 4TH FLOOR. NO LIFT. Tourist tax not included 2,5€ per person per night.

We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
