Absolutely wonderful stay! Unfortunately only one evening but definitely would have loved to stay longer if my schedule allowed. Can't wait to return to Modena and stay here. Everything is walking distance - the cathedral, fruit market, amazing restaurants and shops. I also made an error while checking out and Alessandra was extremely understanding and proactive.

My son and I stayed at this lovely apartment for three weeks in May 2025 while visiting UNIMORE University. The location is perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from the historic city center. The apartment itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. One of the highlights was the balcony, where we could enjoy the view of the Girandella and listen to the bells - a truly special touch! The building felt safe, and the neighbors were incredibly kind. (Just a heads-up for future guests: there are a few dogs in the building and the neighbouring villa, so be prepared for some friendly barks!) A huge thank you to Francesco, his wife, and their son, who live next door. They welcomed us so warmly and even invited us over for dinner - such a kind gesture! We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!

Super nice and spacious

Very cool place near the Enzo Ferrari museum. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I visit there again. A bonus, the cafe right below the apartment is a great place for breakfast and cappuccino.

Giulia and her mom are two wonderful people. They welcomed us from the first moment with cordiality and extreme availability, presenting us with a spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation in every way. They also welcomed our dog with love, who always accompanies us, and this is very appreciated as unfortunately not all hosts are available to do. More than positive experience so our return from them is taken for granted.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Check-in was very smooth with clear and easy-to-understand instructions. The apartment was very clean and had all the things you might need during a shorter stay in Bologna. You live centrally with walking distance to most things. Great place to stay in’s very good location. It’s quiet and dark at night which is great for sleep. It’s super close to everything you need. Very comfortable and safe place to spend some time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment and was met by mom who was very friendly and welcoming. There are stairs up to the apartment, but we knew that in advance. Very pleasant with a welcome gift and the apartment is in the middle of the city center. Good beds and very clean and nice apartment. Cozy with a veranda where you can enjoy the sunset. We can safely recommend this apartment!

I stayed here for work with a few days of vacation before and after. This apartment was spacious and comfortable. I travel frequently for work and had better nights of sleep here than on any other trip.. The beds were comfortable, and the open windows allowed nice breezes to enter when it was cool enough, and the AC worked well on warmer nights. The two bathrooms were gigantic and the kitchen was well appointed. The hosts were generous with a few food items and drinks to get us started for the week. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Modena. Parking in the ZTL can be challenging but is allowed with the card they provide. Parking nearby was easy once I knew where it was. Ece, Patrizia, and team were wonderful from the first communication to the last. They met us personally at arrival and departure. A super stay. Thank you!

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

The apartment is perfectly located to discover Bologna or go out there. The parking lot offers security and the apartment is great. Ivan is a rather super host! Very straightforward and very helpful! Great!

Nice place to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Bologna. The apartment allows you to rest very well.

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try

You cannot pick a better location in Bologna! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and had restaurants, coffee, shops, etc right outside our door. The building is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! As soon as you walk in the building, you are blown away! The apartment was super spotless and adorable. It's perfect that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is so nice but we never cooked... we were in Italy! Have to eat Italian food! As noted in other reviews, there is quite a bit of street noise at night. It is not cars as there are no cars allowed in that area but it's the noise of people eating and drinking and having fun at the restaurants below. For my in laws who were in the room that had more noise, they didn't mind. The bedroom we stayed in faces a courtyard so it was quiet. We loved having the AC in the bedrooms as it was hot when we were there. Ricardo is an excellent host and very responsive. He also gave great suggestions for restaurants! Would stay again.

This beautiful, spotlessly clean, huge apartment is ideally located near wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, and historic attractions. Having secure, private parking for our rental car was a big plus. Communication with co-host Francesca was excellent— she was responsive and helpful throughout. This gorgeous apartment looked just like the photos and offered plenty of space to unwind from our busy touring schedule. Virtual key access worked wonderfully too. Highly recommended. We would love to return soon.
