Fantastic stay !!! We were 3 people who stayed here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with an unparalleled view. We each had a bedroom that was cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when you are several. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to wash. Every morning, freshly baked goodies were left outside our door, arranged by the gentleman who owns the house. Incredibly calm and peaceful and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the various birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

Everything was great. The house is lovingly decorated and clean. The house has everything you need, the location is wonderful and close enough to Bologna. We can only recommend the house.

The stay was wonderful. The house is clean and cozy. The house is located with a stunning view. Paolo, the owner, was very friendly. From the first moment he was always available for any question. And we received lots of recommendations for trips in the area. Highly recommend coming to this property.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Monia is a very kind and helpful host. The house is very large with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with a large and perfectly functioning shower.

Guests who book the house should know that it is about four kilometers from the town, up the hill. It didn't bother us because we had a car, but you have to know that.

Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious...with everything you need for a holiday of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... Crisitina and André are extremely kind. We had asked for references to take a cooking class, visit a balsamic vinegar cellar and when we arrived, everything was already organised. It was more than I could have hoped for. For hosts, it's a 12/10. You can't go wrong with them! Upon arrival, the landscape is breathtaking. For the house, it's a gem! It smells good, it's clean and we didn't miss anything. The accessories in the kitchen are good quality, the rooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. We had wood for a fireplace in the dining room. It was great! There were 6 of us and we never felt cramped. Yes, yes, I recommend these hosts and their beautiful home!

We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

Words cannot explain how beautiful this home is! From the warm fireplace to the beautiful furnishings and feel of the home, we loved EVERYTHING about it. Tiziano was so helpful with recommendations and we can’t wait to come visit again and share a bottle of wine with him next time. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a small town home with plenty of small local places to eat/drink.

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Several well-kept and restored accommodations with passion and expertise, immersed in greenery overlooking the valleys between Romagna and Tuscany. Perfect whether you want to relax or walk through villages and woods. Highly recommended.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Modena is a beautiful city and this apartment is in the heart of it. Just make sure you are aware of the parking restrictions if you come by car. Modena uses the Bmove App if you want to download it before you arrive.

cant speak highly enough for Leonardo’s place! Is located in the heart of Modena, roughly 15 mins walk (with suitcases) to the train station and is very flat and walkable. Also in the corner of Main Street but you won’t hear any noises day and night. When we first arrived it was a tiny dusty near entrance due to construction at the hallway but thanks to Leonardo’s cleaning supply is very easily taking care of by ourselves. And believe me I believe he did all the deep cleaning before our arrival and you can’t control the construction outside. The bed, let me put this way, very comfy and we likely had our best sleep in Italy! I also appreciate the AC especially during humid weather. I like how this layout separated two bedrooms so you won’t hear any noises from the other side. Overall, I will rate 10/10 for this place!! It plan out really well if you decide to stay at Modena and enjoy the good food and surroundings nearby!

Such an incredible location! We had an amazing stay. Alessandra and Ludovico were brilliant hosts, so friendly and welcoming. They helped us organise e-bikes and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Convenient and quiet location, very clean house and equipped with everything you need, including smart TV and air conditioning! Marco was very helpful in responding promptly.

Andrea's place was well-presented and in a great location, close to the train station and town. The view was incredible! Check-in was a breeze with Andrea's mother meeting us when we arrived and showing us through the apartment. We loved our stay there and highly recommend Andrea's place as a great accommodation for staying in Modena.

Chiara's home is the best place to stay in Modena. Everything was exactly as mentioned. Both she and her mom made sure that we would have no issues finding the place and would have no problems during the stay as well. They were extremely accommodating.
