Absolutely wonderful stay! Unfortunately only one evening but definitely would have loved to stay longer if my schedule allowed. Can't wait to return to Modena and stay here. Everything is walking distance - the cathedral, fruit market, amazing restaurants and shops. I also made an error while checking out and Alessandra was extremely understanding and proactive.

I had a lovely stay here. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The house has a warm, homey feel — I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy and calm stay!

Leonardo’s place was absolutely stunning. The place was clean and perfectly located in Modena. We will definitely be coming back!

Spent a few nights here, very comfortable and a great value for money - close to Bologna, Parma, Modena…everywhere reachable by trains. Stefano is a great host and there is absolutely nothing I could point out that wasn’t as expected. Great coffee, thank you!

We stayed here for three weeks and loved it. Perfect location in the old quarter, easy access to great restaurants, and a nice vibe in the neighborhood. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Chiara's home is the best place to stay in Modena. Everything was exactly as mentioned. Both she and her mom made sure that we would have no issues finding the place and would have no problems during the stay as well. They were extremely accommodating.

Very cool place near the Enzo Ferrari museum. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I visit there again. A bonus, the cafe right below the apartment is a great place for breakfast and cappuccino.

El apartamento esta muy bien, todo nuevo, ordenado y limpio. Esta en la zona del casco antiguo, no muy lejos del centro principal. Se puede ir andando sin problemas. Hay aire acondicionado en el comedor y una habitación, en la otra hay un ventilador. Cuando fuimos había ola de calor y en esa habitación hacía un poco de calor pero soportable. Marco y Giulia fueron unos anfitriones perfectos, amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a darnos información y consejos. Lo pasamos genial en Modena.

Boendet överträffade våra förväntningar i alla aspekter. Incheckningen var väldigt smidig med tydliga och lättförstådda instruktioner. Lägenheten var väldigt rent och hade samtliga ting man kan behöva under en kortare vistelse i Bologna. Man bor centralt med gångavstånd till det mesta. Kan starkt rekommendera detta boendet till andra!

Fantastisk leilighet og ble møtt av mamma som var veldig vennlig og imøtekommende. Det er trapper opp til leiligheten, men det visste vi på forhånd. Veldig trivelig med velkomstgave og leiligheten ligger midt i sentrum. Gode senger og veldig ren og fin leilighet. Koselig med veranda hvor man kan nyte solnedgangen. Vi kan trygt anbefale denne leiligheten!

This is an excellent apartment. It is in an older building that has been completely updated. Everything is new and works perfectly. It is just a few minutes walk from the main square, and is close to many fine restaurants. Highly recommend.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um Bologna zu entdecken oder dort auszugehen. Der Parkplatz bietet Sicherheit und die Wohnung ist klasse. Ivan ist ein eher Super-Host! Sehr unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit! Spitze!

Lindo lugar para pasar unos días en la hermosa ciudad de Bologna. El apartamento permite descansar muy bien.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

You cannot pick a better location in Bologna! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and had restaurants, coffee, shops, etc right outside our door. The building is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! As soon as you walk in the building, you are blown away! The apartment was super spotless and adorable. It's perfect that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is so nice but we never cooked... we were in Italy! Have to eat Italian food! As noted in other reviews, there is quite a bit of street noise at night. It is not cars as there are no cars allowed in that area but it's the noise of people eating and drinking and having fun at the restaurants below. For my in laws who were in the room that had more noise, they didn't mind. The bedroom we stayed in faces a courtyard so it was quiet. We loved having the AC in the bedrooms as it was hot when we were there. Ricardo is an excellent host and very responsive. He also gave great suggestions for restaurants! Would stay again.
