The penthouse is very nice, we stayed just over ten days between the last week of June and the first week of July. It is spacious, functional, comfortable, furnished with sobriety and taste and equipped with everything you need. The penthouse has a very large terrace that offers a beautiful view towards Calabria, and where you can relax enjoying a breeze that blows constantly and reading the books available in the well-stocked library. It is also very convenient to reach the sea either on foot (about 1 km) along the nearby avenue that leads to the promenade, or by car taking advantage of a convenient parking lot near the rest area for campers. This place was a revelation: the sea is beautiful and clean, the beaches are wide and alternate equipped beaches with free beaches, I would still call it an "authentic" place not reached by mass tourism. Last but not least, Fabienne and Carlo are exquisite, polite and helpful people. Would recommend!

We loved our stay in this apartment- it has a great vibe and the location is perfect. The accommodation is spacious and full of character but with a contemporary feel.

The apartment is in the middle of Matera old town, countless restaurants around, super nice city but also the apartment.

We stayed in Rosa and Rocco's Loft and everything went great! Very close to the center so we were able to do everything on foot, the Loft was super nice, comfortable and they responded promptly at any time of the day. Thank you for everything! 😊

Great stay in this very well located, pleasant and tastefully decorated accommodation! Everything was really perfect. Small downside on the bed, which squeaks a lot as soon as you move — a change would make the place totally impeccable. Thank you again for hosting us!
