Ground floor detached house,brand new,a double bedroom,a bedroom with 2 single beds that you can join together,a cot for children up to 3...4 years old,bathroom with shower and washing machine,kitchen-living room with double sofa bed, outdoor patio with garden table and chairs,two sun loungers,two gardens, one of which is all enclosed. Air-conditioned in all rooms, free internet. At the end of the garden we have the sea,with the sailboat,and with the possibility of sailing if I'm there. Located in a beautiful village. Look for Marinagri, guarded day and night, free beach...and equipped...supermarket... bars,restaurants, laundry. We are an hour's drive from Matera,Altamura,Alberobello. Bari and Brindisi airports...less than two hours. Nearby to see in less than half an hour by car,Taranto,Metaponto,Craco,Tursi,Rabatana,Rocca Imperiale...and many other villages. Possibility of using 4 bicycles Linens are not included in the house.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor and another two bedrooms on the upper mezzanine floor. You need just 10 minutes of walk to arrive to the equipped beach or to the turistic marine port.
