Sea, Matera capital of culture 2019, Pollino park at 40 minutes, Calabria costs 30 minutes. The house is about 9 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the village, then in the countryside. It is accessed from the Montalbano-Scanzano provincial road, with access on a dirt road but practicable without problems, of about 300 M. It is located on the first floor reachable with an external iron staircase, with independent access with balcony, quite comfortable. We only accept reservations of at least 6 nights

A very nice cherry in the countryside

The mini apartment is immersed in the countryside and enjoys a natural landscape that changes according to the crops:Very green in spring, golden in summer and arid in autumn Winter then covers itself in white. The house is in the suburbs and is composed of two well-divided areas: inside you have a living/sleeping area in total privacy and the outdoor veranda. I live next door to the apartment but don't spend much time at home always being away for work.
