Our stay in Lucia and Federico's lovely house was simply perfect! The house is a real jewel, furnished with taste and attention to detail, and transmits a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the first moment. The location is ideal for exploring L'Aquila on foot with easy access to the historic center. Lucia was an exceptional host: kind, helpful and ready to provide useful advice to make the most of the city and its surroundings. Communication was impeccable and we felt really welcome. The house was impeccably clean and equipped with every comfort needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit L'Aquila and live an authentic and pleasant experience. We hope to be back soon!

Charming little apartment on the main square with all the attractions within walking distance. Since the square in front is lively at night, I recommend earplugs, which along with the soundproof windows of the apartment ensure a quiet rest!
