House holiday rentals in Province of L'Aquila

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Very nice property located in a quiet, spacious area that can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is necessary to be able to get around. We really enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, beautiful pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely ok for us. Angelo is a great host, we would come back anytime.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Alessandra and Diego are amazing hosts! Despite of sickness of me and my son our 4 days at this place were amazing! Unbelievable views, birds are singing around! Alessandra cooked very tasty cake for us and we really feel like home. You can find whatever you need at home. Highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience with Mirco, kind and always ready to fulfill my requests. He had to wait for my arrival, several times postponed for some of my unforeseen events. Breakfast food, plentiful and for all tastes. Very pleasant temperature inside the property, despite the fact that there were 0° outside. Perfect bathroom and comfortable bed. Experience to renew if needed

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

The place is highly recommended. Alessio and Luisa were very accommodating hosts. They gave us a lot of tips on what we could do. there is always the possibility to use the garden with a beautiful view of the valley. the historic house with special charm is very nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

The accommodation is located not far from the centre of Sulmona, surrounded by a beautiful garden with various farm animals nearby. Impeccable in cleanliness and equipped with every comfort. Very quiet and with an exceptional view. A strategic point for visiting all the area's attractions. Very discreet and very kind owners. My family and I had a perfect holiday, we would love to be able to return on the next occasion. Super recommended place!

what can I say about Anna Sara place it was perfect. Anna Sara an Roberto even picked me up from train station and returned me to it. I really appreciated that offer , I would 💯 recommend this place it's right in middle of sulmona ,walking distance to everything...

Well-kept, clean and fresh accommodation despite the summer season, a strong point is the outdoor veranda, we will probably return.

We had a great stay at Lamberto’s! Amazing place, everything was there and even more. Amazing views from the terrace. Real close to hikes and L’aquila and Gran Sasso (Corte Grande and Monte L’aquila). In real life the place is even nicer. Lamberto is quick with communciation ans recommendations!

Magnificent ancient farmhouse with a view of the Maiella, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. The house is special, rustic on the outside and inside. You can savour the experience of living in a rural house. The kitchen is equipped with everything, new dishes, the cosy room with a beautiful fireplace and a comfortable bed. The silence, the tranquility, the nature around are the characteristics of this place. Alessandra is always active, kind, available at any time. Super recommended!!!

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Equipped outdoor area suitable for families and a friendly and helpful host. The area is very quiet (a plus!) But you need a car to get around

Vincenzo and Tracey were incredible hosts for us adults and our toddlers. Their hospitality, top notch! The home and views will truly leave you breathless. If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet countryside area, perfect for relaxing, and private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpaca, from which she obtains beautiful artisanal products

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Giulia's mom welcomed us with great kindness. The environment is very nice with A beautiful garden and adequate furniture to rest there. If our road brings us back to this area we will be back with great pleasure.
