Beachfront holiday rental in Province of L'Aquila

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

We had a great weekend in Pescara with friends, and this place was just perfect! Very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and ideally located close to the city center and the beach. Cinzia, was adorable from start to finish: very friendly, available, and always ready to give good advice, especially on restaurants and places not to be missed. She really made our stay easier. I recommend this place with my eyes closed! Thanks again for everything 🥰

Great support from the host, friendliness and availability. Completely as described. Central area and close to many points of interest. Not much parking, you have to look for a bit.

It was very useful to have some little things at home that you can't find on a plane, also because you don't want to spend money for a few days. You were very kind and helpful! Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Sandra was an amazing host, very helpful, kind and accommodating. She looked after us, and helped with any questions and recommendations. Sandra always responded very quickly and made us feel very at home in her Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, despite it being quite quiet at this time of year.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

Large, clean and tidy apartment. Nothing was missing, I felt at home.

Incredible location, very clean, beautiful modern kitchen, huge balcony, great bedroom with a beautiful closet. Host was very responsive and informative. Right on the beach with a beautiful sea view, many beach bars or “lidos” with amazing food. 5 minute walk from the city with beautiful shops and restaurants/cafes. We recommend!!!

We've had a lovely little weekend in Pescara, staying at Daniela's place. We found the description and picture to match the reality, really clean, right in the center, close to the beach and great restaurants with yummy local food. We were able to have a smooth check in and check out and Daniela has been an amazing host, very prompt and answering all our questions graciously and friendly, very prompt. It was a bit colder than we expected but that was just related to the weather and the period we visited. We were able to turn on the heat and make it comfortable for our stay which was great. Loved it and I definitely recommend you to stay there, you'll feel right at home !

Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

Umberto was the ultimate host. To initiate our stay, umberto introduced us to a favourite Restaurante and helped us secure a great relationship that served us well for the remainder of our stay. Lovely man, lovely personality!

We stayed as a couple for 6 days, Emilia allowed us to check in earlier, making us welcome by the very kind husband, although Emilia came the same to meet us, the thing that impressed me was her discretion, it seemed like she was in our home, the house is a dream, the lake view delights you, it is like staying in a luxury hotel, with the convenience of being at home, the lake beach is very close on foot, what to say ...thank you emilia... Super recommended ...

Convenient location to walk to the beach, plenty of parking in front of the building, you may walk to the restaurants. The unit is spacious, and everything works fine. Antonio was responsive and helpful with the check in and out, and other questions during the stay.
