Friendly and accurate Enzo, who welcomed us and gave us tips on places to visit in a really beautiful Sulmona and very rich in quality musical events worthy of note and in the surroundings simply fabulous. We will definitely be back.

Giovanbattista's place is small but well organized, it has everything you need for a stay on the slopes. Great location and kindness from the host are the highlights of this welcoming solution.

Really kind & clean host 😊 Everything was amazing

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well furnished, and we had a great time in five. The location is very central (and despite this, quiet), and we were able to appreciate the proximity of good restaurants and bakeries, but also supermarkets and the promenade which, even out of season, is very pleasant. Literally a stone's throw away is the CLAP (comic book museum), which we really appreciated. The contact with the host, very kind, was easy and effective. Highly recommended place to stay.

Perfect house and in a great location for skiing. The only drawbacks are the extra money for cleaning, in my opinion a little excessive and the lack of night activities for young people. In addition, the check-in time has been changed several times and we only had the final check-in time once we arrived at the hotel. However, the cleaning lady was quite responsive and easy to contact

i stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend at Walter's place. From the first moment, he was very hospitable. He let us in a little early without any problem and offered us an aperitif. We met part of her family, likeable people, nice and very kind. Our room had a private bathroom with all the comforts. Wide and clean spaces. Both the bedroom and bathroom were really complete with everything. The very special room, even we could choose to turn on the lights or spotlights on the floor for a more "romantic" environment. Breakfast was not included, but Walter made us find a great coffee in the morning. Walter's home is a really great place to stay as well as an artistic residence worthy of being called that. The location of the house is very central: 300 meters you are in the center and if you want to move to go to neighboring cities there are many bus stops nearby. If we go back to Chieti, it will be our choice again!

We had a great time in this spacious and bright apartment. The bathroom in particular has been renovated very well, it is spacious and comfortable, with a large shower box. Although you have to do two flights of stairs, it was not a problem, the stairwell is not steep and the steps are easily done. We had some difficulties with the parking of the car, but it is a matter that afflicts the whole city, it does not really concern the apartment. The house is located very close to the pedestrian area that leads to the center of the city. Great host support: Fabio and Elena were always very responsive on the occasions we communicated, but we didn't need almost anything because the house had everything it needed. Thank you for a great experience!

the apartment is impeccably organized, we slept in two couples (very comfortable sofa bed with a mattress of at least 15 centimeters) and we had a great time. Surely the availability and kindness of the owner are the highlight. 50 meters from the plants

House clean and well located for the. Ski facilities of Campo di Giove. Ilpaese is very nice and within walking distance of the house. Matteo was very kind and friendly in everything! We will definitely be back!

What to say to summarise an incredible stay... The property itself is beautiful, run by a passionate group of people, with incredible produce grown on site or by their neighbours. We had expected to go to visit local restaurants but instead spent both nights in the winery sampling the home cooked food and incredible wine. Despite being 40 minutes to an hour from central Rome the property was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with views overlooking the vineyard. Waking up to see the clouds moving across the mountains and Rome in the distance was lovely, with ample outdoor room to sit and relax in. Maria could not have made us feel more welcome, going out of her way to help us sample the very best authentic Italian food and wine, align with suggestions for our ongoing trip. 1000 words isn't enough, I cannot recommend this enough. Also Cleo is an absolute star 🥰
